The only reason to do it “fast” is to keep the people from finding out what is in the bill.

Yes, but I would imagine that a lot of PA people don’t really want to know what is in the bill or know the facts of the emperor’s birth either.
It doesn’t matter what’s in the original bill...It’s the amendments that will occur every two months until they have TOTAL control of your “health” from conception to death...

Right. The other reason for doing it fast is so that various Federal bodies (CBO, Treasury Dept., etc.) can at least have a basis for which to determine the massive new revenues that are going to be needed over the next 10 years in order to pay for this sh!t.
