Yes. Schmutz is a font meant to look like a typewriter face. The letters do look quite a bit like the font used in the questioned form. BUT the numbers are totally different!!!

Even the most casual and brainwashed DUpe can discern the difference.

The current Orly/Kenya document did NOT use the Schmutz typeface/font.

FTR, the average Brit would know about the Michael Savage ban from the UK as the British media covered the story, and the American television media didn't cover the story much. It was readily available on the internet though through various sources, most notably FreeRepublic, the site you're on now.
