An attorney for Sarah Palin has delivered a letter threatening legal action against an anti-Palin blogger who was the source of a divorce rumor that the attorney for the former Alaska governor called "categorically false."
Publication of the letter at a Web site that repeated the rumor has uncovered circumstantial evidence that the anti-Palin blogger "Gryphen" is a kindergarten teacher at an Anchorage elementary school....
CNN stringer/anti-Palin blogger Dennis Zaki published ... a copy of a letter from Palin attorney Thomas Van Flein, ordering "Gryphen" to retract the allegations -- calling them "complete fabrications, false and defamatory" -- or face legal action. The Van Flein letter, published by Zaki with the name of the recipient blacked out, ended with this sentence:
"If you do not have an attorney, please let me know if you want to be served with the summons and complaint at the kindergarten where you assist or at your residence." (Emphasis added.)
By publishing the letter, Zaki inadvertantly provided valuable information to an anonymous tipster who compiled online research indicating the identity of "Gryphen," ....
Media in Alaska will not be able to ignore the news that the state's most notorious anti-Palin blogger is a kindergarten teacher at public school. Having spent part of my early career as a newspaper reporter covering the education beat, I can predict that "Gryphen" will soon at the center of a maelstrom of controversy....
"Gryphen" [is] Jesse Griffin, a part-time teaching assistant at Trailside Elementary School in Anchorage. At his Immoral Minority blog, Griffin now confirms the basics (without using his real name), saying he has "every confidence that I will be vindicated."....
Good luck with that vindication, Mr. Griffin. Im sure the taxpayers of Anchorage won't mind you calling Mrs. Palin all those ugly names ....

He can start off by “exposing the truth” about 0bummer. And that's just for starters. The suppressing of the voter intimidation case against the Black Panther vermin will do for starters. Then the dismissal of the IG for investigating an 0bama pal who was busy committing serious crimes.
Not a real Taoist. Just happens to follow whatever is New Age trendy. No accountability with New Age, just “go and sin some more”.

Brief update concerning the ongoing Tennessee trial of the student who hacked Sarah Palin’s e-mail account.
A federal magistrate judge has told defense attorneys they can’t question FBI agents who scoured the laptop of a University of Tennessee student charged with improperly accessing Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s personal e-mail account.
The Knoxville News-Sentinel said U.S. Magistrate Judge Clifford Shirley ruled Thursday that he must first decide if the search itself was legal before deciding whether to examine what agents did once they seized David Kernell’s computer.
Hmm interesting so does that mean there is a possibility that this whole thing will get thrown out?
Kernell, the son of a Democratic Tennessee legislator, is accused of gaining access to Palin’s account in September by correctly answering a series of personal security questions. He has pleaded not guilty.
Kernell’s attorneys have sought to exclude evidence seized from the computer from Kernell’s trial. Palin was the Republican vice presidential candidate at the time.
Personally I am very interested in seeing the content of those e-mails submitted as evidence and having Sarah Palin subpoenaed to explain why she used a Yahoo account to conduct state business.
I mean if hacking into the Yahoo account is considered a federal crime because it may reveal sensitive information then why did the Governor not use the more secure state e-mail account to communicate with her staff and others? Like every OTHER lawmaker in Alaska does!
I am going to keep an eye on this case as it may reveal some very interesting information indeed.

Alaskans For Truth, an anti-Palin blog full of “anklebiters”, has a gentleman named Jesse Griffin (believed to be one who started the rumor of the “Palin Divorce”). Seems he’s a $500 donar to that pac.

It’s great that her attorneys are jumping on these people and making it clear they WILL file suit. The left harassed Gov Palin day and night, filing phony charge after phony charge and costing the Palins a ton of money. What goes around comes around. Let Gryphin go broke defending his sorry arse.
And ALL of them who tried to wreak havoc on the Palin family.
