Sorry, I don’t have the time to address all of your issues and questions. My purpose in posting #948 was to stop you from claiming that the original 1963 constitution referred to Kenya as a “Republic” when apparently it did not. (In general, I don’t like to see persons posting inaccurate information. Just a pet peeve of mine, I suppose.)

I see. There are two versions linked below. The earlier version, apparently circa 12-1963 (based on dates in the text of the document), that doesn’t refer to ‘Republic’ and a later version, which is dated 1963 in the title, and which *does* refer to ‘Republic.’ My very clear question is when did the second document, without its amendments, get written? It seems logical that since it was dated 1963, it was originally written in 1963 - something of a second draft. I’m speculating, of course, and I asked others their opinion - still allowed by you?

And that would explain why he has had his college records sealed. As I have said all along it doesn’t matter where he was born, it is arguable that he is not a US citizen and it is certain that he is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.

Rove only said the the Kenyan birth certificate is likely a forgery. He did not expound as to why. The poster was putting words in his mouth.
Which is really dangerous to do to a supergenius like Rove.
1. Its been on the Internet for 24 hours, and has yet to be discredited. A little shocking to say the least.
2. DU has a similar, yet fraudulent doc. (But how did they get it out so fast? Did they prepare it, knowing what Obamas document would look like? Or knowing what a fake would look like? Did they make both? Or was the DU doc of Prince William made in advance to shoot down and mock a legitimate document, knowing that it might surface?)
3. Chain of possession is what we are missing. If the people who received this accepted it from a “Dan Rather” type of informant, it's probably garbage. (I trust that WND knows where it came from. My guess, a lawyer in the divorce. If WND is posting this with “Dan Rather” type sources, they may get burned bad.)
