And then one of our moderators spotted this:
http://www.scribd.com/doc/18018714/Fake-Obama-Kenya-birth-certificate
It has several clues, but also there's this question:
Who is E. F. Lavender?
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=earth+friendly+lavender&aq=f&oq=&aqi
Earth Friendly Lavender detergent?
Constitutional Status of Islam(ic Law): The Constitution was adopted on 12th December 1963, and has been amended several times; most notably in 1964 when Kenya became a Republic and in 1991 when a multiparty system was restored. The Constitution does not provide for any official state religion. Article 66(1) to (5) provides for the establishment of Kadhis’ Courts

At any rate, I’m not ready to say that E.F. Lavender is Earth Friendly Lavender unless this name does not appear on other Mombasa birth records from early 1961.
All this stuff reminds me of the list of similarities between Red Square and Red Buttons. One was named Buttons the other has people walking around with buttons on their trousers. One is square, the other entertained squares.
You know the drill - making up meaningless “coincidences.” Like the record number 47,044. “This record is number 47,044. Obama is 47 years old and is the 44th President.”
Give me a freaking break, folks! This thread has gone off the deep end! The loonies outnumber the staff!~
How do you know his current age is 47?
Good question! ;-)
Why dont You ask this Question?
How many of You have realized today how ridiculous it is that we have a President Who has hidden everything about his past and refuses to show the American Public the Most Basic Document of Every American Citizen and One Required for Him to Hold His Office Legitimately, His Official Birth Certificate?
The answer! Quite a few I would Guess as withessed by the Thousands of Posters just today! Oh, and I made 16 calls today to my Reps and Senators!I probably wouldn/t have done any today normally since its Sunday:-P

Please keep me posted on anything you find on the mystery surrounding the registrar Lavender thing. I think the Lavender Soap thing is a stretch frankly. It is more likely a person of British heritage, etc. I could be wrong obviously, but I don’t think WND is that ‘half cocked’ on this stuff...nor is Orly.
First, the hospital is Coast Provincial General Hospital (sometimes said to be Coast Province General Hospital), not Coast General Hospital.
Comments?
Second, Kenya was a Dominion the date this certificate was allegedly issued and would not become a republic for 8 months.
This has been extensively discussed. It seems plausible that some Government documents jumped the gun on having Republic on the letterhead, because Kenya was bound for complete independence, and it would have been costly to have Dominion on the letterheads for only a few months. However, until someone posts a Kenyan document during the interregnum with Republic, it is a big authenticity problem.
Third, Mombasa belonged to Zanzibar when Obama was born, not Kenya.
This has been discussed here as well. The coast area was under dispute.
Fourth, Obama's father's village would be nearer to Nairobi, not Mombasa.
I don't think this is relevant. Caesar Augustus hadn't decreed every Kenyon to return to his home village to be taxed, as it was foretold for the Messiah's birth. Where the Obama's went in Kenya would be determined by travel convenience and obstetrical care, not by proximity to the paternal hut.
Fifth, the number 47O44-- 47 is Obama's age when he became president, followed by the letter O (not a zero) followed by 44--he is the 44th president.
IMO, this is twaddle.
Sixth, EF Lavender is a laundry detergent.
An EF Lavender was also signing documents in Australia before laundry detergent had been invented. Was that Aussie document forged as well?
Seventh, would a nation with a large number of Muslims actually say "Christian name" (as opposed to name) on the birth certificate?
Things might have been different on the coastal strip, and Colonial Brits were probably less sensitive about these matters than a modern day forger. Such anachronistic language argues more for authenticity than forgery.
Eigth, his father (born in 1961) would have been 24 or 25 when he was born and not 26.
This has been discussed. Apparently the exact birth date isn't known. The forger could look up a Wikipedia entry as easily as this debunker, and so that the entry has this 'wrong' in comparison to Wikipedia may actually make more authentic.
Ninth, it was called the "Central Nyanza District," not Nyanza Province. The regions were changed to provinces in 1970.
I've not seen this, if so it presents a serious challenge.
I did a cursory search for Joshua Simon Oduya and there are connections back to Sept 08 with McCain and this issue....have to keep digging
Speak for yourself! You seem to be able to sum up your behavior perfectly! Its asham you are a failure at judging others:-)
One reason is that his father was Muslim and was probably Arab as well as African. Kenya is mostly Christian, but the Coast Province, where Mombasa is located, is decidely Muslim. Being a coastal trading center it probably had better facilities than Nairobi where Obama sr. would have had no ties.
Kenyatta persuaded the Parliament to amend the constitution to add the word republic June 1, 1964. But the word republic was being used by Kenyans in the period between the defiance of England in October 1963 and the promulgation of the first constitution on Dec. 12, 1963. The term was being used but does not appear in the constitution until June 1964.
In other news, Syndicated Bill Cunningham just gave a segment addressing the WND report “Is this the Smoking Gun?”
“Qualified” in the 12th Amendment refers to receiving the requisite number of Electoral College votes to win.
In Obama’s case, he “qualified” when Vice President Cheney certified the Electoral College vote at the Joint Session of Congress with no objections from any one Senator and any one Representative.
http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Twelfth+Amendment
There is no constitutional or legislative process to remove from office ex post facto, a person who has qualified via the electoral college and been sworn in by the Chief Justice other than with a Bill of Impeachment passing the House and a trial and conviction for High Crimes or Misdemeanors in the Senate.

Arthur and Margaret, Eric Lavender and Ron and Gretel Hibbert with some of the pastors at the conference.
The man is as opaque as they come. Do not be mistaken, I agree that he has shown no documentation supporting his past and has gone to extremes to avoid doing so. Transparency is one of many issues I have with him (see my tagline) but I believe there are far easier methods to stop his assault on America than chasing the BC.
Jim,what are your thoughts on this Kenyan COLB document?
