The authors recall Kennedy's actions that night with meticulous, damning detail.
The man's callousness is shocking, even after all this time.
How he avoided a manslaughter charge, at a minimum, is even more shocking.

There used to be a site, ytedk.com, that covered every conceivable aspect of the Chappaquiddick incident. It’s gone, vanished, poof.

Someone ought to erect a statue to Mary Jo on the Mall for keeping this reprobate out of the White House. She really DID give her life for her country.

iBut they should consider what kind of man Ted Kennedy is. His character was revealed at Chappaquiddick and in all that he said and did to evade responsibility for his conduct in the months and years that followed. Teddy showed his character long before this tragedy. He was immature and feeling priveleged well before. How he can stand up in public and speak, let alone run for President, is appalling.

The first two things that strike me about this piece, is how well it's written, and that it's written by academics. It's nice to know that there's at least two honest ones left in America.
David Vitter will always be known as the Senator who slept with hookers (I have a feeling in reality, that would be a very long list). Craig will always be mentioned as a toe-tapper; And Ensign as the guy who had his parents pay off his goomah. But, Kennedy somehow almost completely escapes without any mention of this except on conservative-minded websites. Good thing there's no media bias. /s

There are more details to this case, all revealing Ted Kennedy as one of the most vile characters in American history. His continuous reelection reflects terribly on the State of Massachusetts.

Somehow I think that Teddy’s Creator won’t hesitate to bring up the subject of Mary Jo....as well as *many* other subjects...during the short meeting that He will have for him shorty after his death.

In Leo Damore’s “Senatorial Privilege” the charge inferred was that of “Negligent Homicide”, where Senator Kennedy’s negligence directly led to the death of Mary Jo.
Kennedy, like all, will stand before Jesus Christ, a.k.a. God, to be judged.
I will go to heaven because I know Him, not because I deserve it. I hope everyone reading this will do likewise, and look into this most urgent of all matters.

I wonder if they could come up with some catchy name for people who demand the truth about Chappaquiddick.
That was before the internet and talk radio. Back then, if the news people said it wasn’t a story, it wasn’t a story.

How he avoided a manslaughter charge, at a minimum, is even more shocking. No mystery, he had a closed trial before a friendly judge, no one knows what happened.

"...With Senator Kennedy now seriously ill, many journalists no doubt considered that it might be unseemly to bring up the subject." Unseemly hell. I say mount a giant photo of Mary Jo on the hospital wall where that lousy sonofabitch has to look at her every day for the rest of his miserable life.

All the original eye witness reports stated that Teddy wasn’t ever seen wet. This is a detail that has always troubled me.
There are a few theories out there... let’s see if it makes sense.
1. Teddy was never in the car. It was a setup to ruin his career. The car was driven by someone else.
I am not a fan of his by any means, but this seems possible.

Teddy’s time on this earth is short and soon he will have to account for his actions before the ultimate judge who will not be swayed by political influence.
