In the HEALTHCARE BILL HR 3200 there are two pages that are NOT just directed at Seniors, but your bank account.

On page 58 there is Government ID CARD, with all your information on it.

On page 59 there is provision for the US Gov't to electronically transfer money out of your account, from your bank account. (paraphrased)

I do not believe it is age specific.

“...there are two pages that are NOT just directed at Seniors, but your bank account”

“HealthCare” has NOTHING to do with healthcare...the bill itself basically states it is “deathcare”.. The ‘Rats only concern about the BabyBoomers health...is that they die quick and soon so the Gov’mt can vacuum their retirement savings.

The sooner everybody gets over the illusion that anybody involved with this bill cares about you or your health..the quicker we can kill the bill...and deal with the Dems designs on our bank accounts.

your quote: And thus the Revolution draweth nigh...

OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS had better begin listening to the deafening roar of objection on HR 3200, and not the lying AARP ACTIVIST EMAIL SCAM, from another thread this morning.
Link is on this thread I believe, if haven’t seen it.

SECTION 163.

It begins on page 57-59, and as it relates to Healthcare bill, however it notes in lines of 18/19 I believe, that electronic transfer is as the Secreatary (??) deems...for the reasons appropriate. That could be a fine, healthcare bill, overpayment, or ‘WHATEVER’ the Secretary deems necessary. That is open ended.

Here is a pdf copy of HR3200, that from PAGE 57-59 reveals the electronic transfer changes...18/19 refers to as “secretary deems necessary”...that’s too open ended for me.

Hopefully this bill will get canned through all efforts to expose it’s not being Consitutional, and hurts freedom of choice.

It is all that you mentioned and more. Pages 57-59 Section 163: IN lines 18/19 states Secretary as “deemed necessary electronic transferss”, which could be anything, although it is related to Healthcare.
Now has the Gov’t ever taken from people for wrong reasons, or made mistakes, or just arbitrarily made a decision that turns out to be bogus? Sure they have, and I don’t want my bank account available to their mistakes. Do you?

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT THE GOVERNMENT TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER THE MONEY OUT OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS, SINCE WHEN ARE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES HONEST?
_______________
For the same reason Rahm grabbed the Senate. So they can know about every aspect of your lives. What next? Spy cams in our homes. Screw those bastards. I’ll close all accounts and pay with cash or money order until I leave and leave I will, if this thing passes. They can KMA and I will be sitting on a beach, taking walks through the rain forest and living for half of what it costs me here.

Their answer to a tax dispute sometimes is a silent vacuuming of a bank account.

Kinda of hard to do when all you keep in there is enough to cover monthly bills.

Imagine all the garbage that’s buried in these 1,000-plus pages.

I know it sounds extreme, but once the govt clearinghouse of medical data is up and running, how long will it be before implanted chips are suggested. Of course it will be to help an unconscious patient so the emergency room can access all the pertinent data to help the patient. Once it becomes common practice to have implant chips why not use them for all financial activity. Even better, why not implant children so they can be identified if lost.

I don't want govt running my health care, my life or anything else. All I want the govt to do is protect my liberty.

This phony issue is so frustrating. The Rats get support for this because people think they are going to get something for nothing. If people were allowed to buy health insurance from other states and the anti-trust exemptions were ended the problem of price would be resolved.

The problem of coverage is even easier to resolve. Stop requiring hospitals to treat everyone without insurance. Only require treatment in cases of imminent death. Let people who don't want to pay go to their county hospitals.

Investigate carefully, because I read today where the President of Brazil is calling FOR the New World Order.
There is so much deception out there, and I’ve investigated several countries, and we want to make sure we will be safe there.
Agreed that you can live cheaper, but make sure it’s right choice, if it becomes necessary.

Let us give it our best to defeat this UnConstitutional Bill first, and take it to the STREETS IN PROTEST for a NO, NO NO, VOTE! WE need outcry to media and Congress to get honest, and work for benefit of the People right now.

Like a big gnarly piece of ill commented spaghetti code in a dusty Fortran deck, the whole bill, and any related body of law, has to be looked at to figure out what this piece is supposed to do. If gummit health plans exist, we would probably want to be able to pay them as easily as we pay our credit cards, without being required to mail out physical checks. And access to checking accounts (and credit cards, etc.) has to be authorized to let that happen. But I’d say, this requires serious scoping language to keep it from being abused.

The PDF file link is posted three times on this thread, and you can scroll down to pages 57-59 on top of page and start reading on page 57 at Section 163: There is no where you have any control of the transfer of money process, it is in lines 18/19 where it states “as the Secretary (of Healthcare) deems necessary”...that has nothing to do with asking perminssion from you.

The Congress could have resolved the whole healthcare crisis by opening Health Care Clinics that operate on a sliding scale for payment by income, and instead that money is proposed to build new abortion clinics in areas that have none...how ridiculous these people are.

Do the clinics I mentioned work, YES, we have one in my area that’s been around for more than twenty years that I know of it’s existance.
