The entire birther argument, that Obama was actually born in Kenya instead of the US, making him ineligible for holding the office of the President of the US, is a spurious argument. It plays into Obama and the liberals hands - they want this to continue since it makes regular conservatives and opponents into fringe wackos.
Not one of us would've looked harder at his legitimacy than Hilary Clinton and the entire Clinton smear machine during the Democratic primaries. That magic bullet would've given Hilary the presidency - and yet nada, bupkis.
There are many valid reasons to oppose Obama and the liberals, but his birthplace isn't one of them.
Demands for “Documentation” and “Source”.... You are so impressed with yourself
Yet when you are sent a source you don’t read it
Lamer
Because there are no “sources” that will say that a child not born to two citizens is a NBC.
If there was then I want to see their “source”
It's not in there. Stop lying.
“It answers the question of where was Obama born?”
So was his dad a US citizen?
“Wrong. Wrong. and, Wrong. Read the source in one of the above posts. Bet you wont.”
The Constitution is open for all to read and full of simple, if sometimes arcane, language. I don’t need a source to tell me whether or not the Constitution defines “natural born”. I know it doesn’t. If everyone knew what it meant way back when, fine. That doesn’t change the fact that it isn’t defined in the document itself.
There is a lot more there than Wong Kim Ark but at least you read some of it unlike bozo who demands “sources” and “documentation” yet doesn’t read them when they are sent
I read it. Its silly. Other people on this thread have also read it and have the same opinion.
Only two of these docs are related to where Obama was born.
And he HAS released a COLB that answers that question!

The fact that he wont release his college grades has no bearing on eligibility. I already have his grade as President: F.
I agree, many lefties are way, way out there. Beyond civil discussion. My concern is that we don’t join them. Saying we should be able to do it because they got away with it doesn’t speak to me.
“is as much of a citizen as the latter, which means to me he has the exact same status as a child born of citizens”
He may be “as much a citizen”, but he is not “as much a natural born citizen”
“my guess is Obama was born in Vancouver Canada”
There is zero evidence for this particular fairy tale.
**You wrote:** So what? Who said nicknames had to be real words? Its very common to add the suffix -er to root words to describe people. For instance: trucker, one who is occupied operating a vehicle known as a truck; fryer, one who performs the action of frying; or New Yorker, someone who resides in New York. Hence Birther, someone who is interested in the Barrack Obama birth certificate issue.***
Judging from your own definitions, a birther is someone who gives birth.. Just as a trucker is someone who drives a truck, A New Yorker is someone that lives in New York.. (Birther.)It has nothing to do with Obama. Hence only made up word to berate someones belief.. Trucker and New Yorker are both in the dictionary, not the made up word birther..
As I said, use the lefts definations all you want, just don't expect conservatives to agree with you that its a legit. word..
Wonder why this official list didn’t include the Nordyke twins and why the Nordyke twins birth cert numbers are lower than Barry’s yet Barry was born hours before them in the same hospital, supposedly? And I wonder why the address is erroneous according to detectives who interview the neighbor to the address and a family with three kids has lived at that address continuously up until three years ago and since before the Dunhams came to Hawaii?
We don’t know if he was born in Hawaii or not. We have not seen his actual long form birth certificate. If he was not, according to the laws on the books in 1961 his alleged mother could not transmit citizenship to him, and therefore he could not possibly be natural born.
But, again, even if he was born in Hawaii, he had Indonesian citizenship as a child, which matters if he willingly laid claim to that citizenship as an adult.
Hence, the need to see, once and for all, if he attended college as a foreign student, or if he traveled as an adult on a foreign passport.
If he did those things, he by his own choice ratified the decisions his parents made when he was a child and gave up his American citizenship. Which means he also cannot be President. Last time I checked, only citizens, natural born citizens, can be President of the United States.
Why are these simple facts so hard for you to acknowledge?
You’ve wasted a lot of time replying to me to tell me to “read the source” (which does not prove what you claim it proves) when you could have just copied and pasted the relevant proof right here and told me “AHA! Gotcha!”. Yet you choose not to. Hmmm...
If he was born in the US, it is a slam-dunk that he is a natural-born US citizen.
There is no proper source because its undefined constitutionally.
If you want to take the Immigration law as a source, then you can check the law of 1986, which requires merely birth in the US or one US parent.
“If he was born in the US, it is a slam-dunk that he is a natural-born US citizen. “
Not if dad wasn’t a US citizen.
