It is with much regret that we felines must rely on the human race for things we are unable to do without. Sadly, with the economic downturn our owners, are cutting back not only on luxuries for themselves, but we must as well. The only reason we manage to get through the days is due to our catnip, scratching posts, going outside, and litter box. Here are a few ways to handle the downturn and streamline our lifestyle:
*Instead of waiting for a new scratching post, show your willingness to contribute to the household cutbacks by scratching furniture instead. If youre smart, youll soon have a whole sofa to yourself sparing the owner the trouble of making or buying a new scratching post.
*Try eating the dog or bird instead of cat food or asking for kitty treats.
*Instead of catnip, find out where the younger kids keep their catnip, usually in their schoolbags or car.
*Try to recreate the outdoor environment by opening the bottom cupboard or shelf and scatter flour all over the floor to recreate a winter wonderland all your own. Get the dog to participate and help out. For a field of grass, use the grass the younger owners keep in their rooms.
*Instead of using up all the kitty litter in your litter box, be creative and defecate on the linoleum in the kitchen so that way they can be easily wiped up with a paper towel instead of having to empty the litter box all the time and replace it with increasingly costly litter. Make patterns on the floor to decorate when guests come over.
All in all, with these easy to do tips, youll have the same lifestyle, only with less expense!
ping!
LOL!
but always remember not all birds are the same...
contribute to the housekeeping!
Kittehs need monies for cheezburgers.
It’ll be a cold day in the First Circle when I cut back on luxury for my kittehs.
But they still do all that stuff anyway. Sigh...
Mine too. They’re evil.
This would, of course, be before kitteh eats the dog. Kitteh must get his priorities right on this issue.
Funny Friday!!! LOL!!
