A Fox News Channel commentator, Glenn Beck, said he believed President Barack Obama was a racist.
Beck made the statement during a guest appearance on the "Fox & Friends" morning show. He said Mr Obama had exposed himself as a person with "a deep-seated hatred for white people or the white culture".
His remarks came during a discussion over Mr Obama's reaction to the arrest of the Harvard University scholar Henry Louis Gates junior
Mr Gates is black and was arrested for disorderly conduct by a white policeman over a misunderstanding about a break-in at his home.
A spokesman for Mr Obama said the White House had no comment.
Beck's statement was challenged on the air by Fox's host, Brian Kilmeade, who noted that most of the people who work for the nation's first black president are white.
"I'm not saying he doesn't like white people," Beck said. "He has a problem. This guy is, I believe, a racist."
Beck wondered, during the discussion, what other president would immediately jump on the police for their actions in the case.
Mr Obama said in a news conference that he believed the police acted stupidly in the case, but later backtracked from the statement and invited Mr Gates and the police officer, Sgt James Crowley, to the White House for a conciliatory meeting later this week.
Bill Shine, Fox News senior vice president of programming, told the TVNewser web site that Beck had "expressed an opinion which represented his own views, not those of the Fox News Channel. And as with all commentators in the cable news arena, he is given the freedom to express his opinions."

I though Glenn’s Americorps lederhosen skit the other night was dead-on too and likewise required huge brass ones to pull off. He wouldn’t admit it actually signified what we all know it meant later on O’Reilly, but I don’t think anyone failed to get the message.
Also gotta give Fox News props for having the courage to give Beck his airtime.

I think the black victim robe claimed by Gates and The Kenyan Imposter is worn out. I think a lot of people see it as a con game and are sick of it.
It’s hardly credible that Gates or Powell endured racial profiling.I bet I have been pulled over by cops more often than them.

Beck doesn’t understand that truth and the “news” business have little to do with one another. Also, if he believes he now actually DOES work for a “conservative” network, he’d better adjust his thinking.

Obama automatically assumed, when a famous black man accused a white cop of racism, that the white guy was guilty. At the least he's prejudiced against whites and probably against cops in general. Whether racism or arrogance was the main reason for his injecting the issue into his press conference is debatable--he evidently thought it was a good chance to lecture white Americans on their sins again.
For instance, if you believe in educational quotas... because White and Asian folks are too smart... then you are a racist. If you believe that White folks are always "putting down" minorities... sorry man, you're a racist...
In short, if Barack jumps to conclusions (even though he is the POTUS) and calls the white cop "acting stupidly" without getting all the facts first... well, Glenn is right... you're a racist Obama...

Good for Glenn for saying out loud what we have been for over a year now. We should contact Fox and let them know we support Beck’s conclusion.

From what I have read about the End Times, I conclude Obama cannot be the Antichrist, as the Antichrist is described as being a charismatic speaker.
I doubt the Antichrist would need a teleprompter!
