OCOTAL, Nicaragua (AP) - The U.S. government said Tuesday it has revoked the diplomatic visas of four Honduran officials, stepping up pressure on coup-installed leaders who insist they can resist international demands to restore the ousted president. The U.S. State Department did not name the four, but a Honduran official said they included the Supreme Court magistrate who ordered the arrest of ousted President Manuel Zelda and the president of Honduras' Congress.

The State Department is also reviewing the visas of all officials serving under interim President Roberto Micheletti, department spokesman Ian Kelly said.

Hypothetical. It’s 1974 and Leonid Brezhnev and Mao tse Tung inform the American govt that they do not recognize the removal of Richard Nixon as POTUS. American diplmats are expelled from the USSR and the PRC because Gerald Ford is not reconized as the legitimate POTUS.

While most mindless liberals are too complacent and ignorant to understand who is causing this to happen, they should again be reminded that elections have consequences — and the latest election has given our country the most egregious example of that fact in the history of America.

Honduras follows the rules of their Constitution and ZERO, Hillary, and company ignore the facts and side with the man that wants to be dictator for life against the Constitution. How sickening. If ZERO thinks he can pull this crap here, he needs to think again. The wannabe dictator ZERO is going to be one and done.

Do believe his free ride to shove through whatever he wants is coming to an end.

Great Patriots of Honduras, I bet they get a hero’s welcome in Tegucigalpa. Now maybe the Hondurans can yank a few visas for visiting San Pedro Sula...visas for Christopher Dodd, and Barney Frank, and Hillary Clinton can NO LONGER go into Honduras.. Cool.

Meanwhile, Obama has lifted the ban on sending aircraft and other equipment to Iran’s best friend, Syria. Unreal.

Honduras should throw out our embassy personnel since they are revoking VISAs. Really dumb move IMHO on the part of ZERO/Clinton.

We need to use this to clobber them with Hispanic voters. Cubans are furious at this Administration already for playing up to Chavez and Castro.

This makes sense to me. The Honduran government acted in accordance with their Constitution and rule of law.

The Obama Administration must stand firm in its opposition to such behavior. If Hondurans get away with such reactionary tactics, maybe Norteamericanos might follow suit. Otherwise what would happen to hopeychange?

Some day, Republicans will realize that these pro-communist, unseen, state department officials direct our interventionist foreign policy under Republican presidents, too.
