Ok here is a theory.

To preface what follows, I was born in Hawaii in 1969. I have both my long form BC and my COLB from that state.

My COLB was printed for me at my mothers request in a letter that was received (and confirmed by computer records by the Vital Stats office in the Hawaiian Dept of Health in Honolulu) and my COLB that I received should have had the date of Mar.6 2000. It states Mar. 6 2007 (!).

Stick with me through what follows.

Lets just say that in 2007 when Barry was really getting into running for President that he was facing some questions from the black community, which was indeed the case. The question in the black community was this: Is he black enough? Barry is 50% white, 44% Arab and 6% Black from the breakdown that I have repeatedly seen. So the black community isn’t sure they can support this guy because he is half white, and we have all heard the condescension that Black people have given to mulatto children. Certainly in my lifetime I can remember some rather racist black kids riding the mulatto kids I knew. Barry is most definitely Mulatto.

Ok so he has a problem with convincing the Black community to support him, and he NEEDS their support, and that of ACORN, the two go hand in hand.

So, Barry goes back to Hawaii on vacation, visits grandma. Grandma is VERY well connected in Honolulu. You don’t get to the position of VP of Hawaii’s largest bank and NOT be connected. In Hawaii connections are everything. With connections, you can do just about anything, a favor is a favor, and Grandma likely had more than just a few to pull in. Thats just how the islands work. I am not going to try and explain it more than that, it would take too long. But I have connected family on Kauai to this day, so let’s just stipulate that I know what I am talking about.

Back to the story. Barry needs to solidly convince a lot of Black people that he has the creds to run from the Black community, to counter his detractors on the whole Black enough issue.

A COLB stating African would do that pretty convincingly. Grandma pulls a few strings and gets Barry a COLB that states African, and is actually a real document from the State of Hawaii because it indeed came from there, but under some false circumstances. Mainly that his race was African, when clearly it wasn’t, he had a White Mother. If anything, original COLB would have said Negro or Black. That might not be enough to counter the white half of his genetic make up in the Black Community, but stating “AFRICAN” WOULD. But I don’t think hid long form says Negro or Black, I think it classifies him as Caucasian.

So it is a “legit” document that was printed under false circumstances. I am theorizing that it was printed by someone in the Vital Statistics Office, but as my OWN COLB shows, by the messed up date, that anyone who knew how to do it could have printed one up with the information of choice, then put the seal on it folded it, and sent it on its way. The Date stamp on the Fact Check Document has the date stamp above Onaka’s name, which could only have been printed in the snail mail order room, like mine is. It is ALSO a separate room. There are three printing Machines in that office which could have been used, the front desk, which has a date stamper to the Side of Onaka’s stamp (also printed by the machines at the same time as the rest of the Document is printed), and the internet order area, which also has the stamp to the side, and the oldest machine, which has the date ABOVE Onaka’s stamp. Now I know this because while I was confirming the order date of my own COLB I did a little digging, and the clerk was very informative and helpful. Obama got a COLB that was printed in the Mail Order’s separate room. If it was ordered at the front desk, then it would have been printed there, not in the snail mail room, unless someone was going to change some of the info on it and wanted to conceal that...

Now is the date on the back of the fact check document on or about the same as one of his vacations to the Islands? I was told that it can take up to a month to process orders, but I think he likely got it handed to him on or about the same time he or Grandma ordered it. In reality that doesn’t matter, Grandma could have pulled strings at any time and had it mailed to him.

Now, because the COLB that Barry has is legit looking, all he has to do is make sure his Long Form Birth Certificate NEVER sees the light of day, and that his school records and financial aid applications never see the light of day either. Why? Because his Long form would say that he is Caucasian, and his school records/financial aid, under his Barry Soetoro name show him to be a foreigner from Indonesia. I could go into the whole Immigration status thing, which I do think has some validity to it, and certainly has not been looked at by a Court AS OF YET, so I will leave that alone for now, it could well be he is a citizen, but because of dual citizenship issues, he is not a Natural Born citizen.

But I digress.

OK so he now has his Black enough Street creds, and a “legit” COLB, he should be in the clear right? Only if you assume that the COLB he has was gotten in 2007 was 100% legit, and I have proof that a COLB can have incorrect information in it - Because MINE DOES.

Some time ago, I remember reading that Barry’s lawyer that had seen the document said that he was indeed born in Hawaii, but that his records contained information that would be “embarrassing”. Is Caucasian embarrassing enough? Is lying to the Black Community enough? Is gaining their support with a lie embarrassing enough? Do you think it possible that once this information became public, with the release of a Long Form BC stating he was Caucasian, that the black community would become apathetic to him in part or in whole?

Add to this, Barry describes his grandmother as the rock of his family, as well as describing her as “afraid of Black men”, do you think that she, with her connections, her strength of charachter, and a wayward 17 year old daughter having shown some poor decision making in the recent past from Grandma’s perspective, could have required that her daughter state the race of her child as accurately being predominately white, which he is? I do indeed think so.

Folks, I think that Barry may well have been born in Hawaii, solid evidence of some other place being missing, that he was registered with the office of Vital Statistics as being Caucasian. He states in his book that he HAD all his birth records at one time, why would he need a new COLB in 2007 if that’s the case? Because he needed one that would gain him the support of the Black Community, and indeed they got a real live “African” even better!!

So if this theory is true, do you think that come 2011 that the black community is going to be as fired up about their lying Mulatto pretending to “African” status? Ummm hummmm.

Do you think they would have supported him as strongly as they did in 2008 as a mostly white guy?? As the messiah? As the ONE? I don’t think so. I could be wrong on that... But I don’t think so. Perceptions matter sometimes, and there is a world of difference in perceiving Barry as African and White. All the difference in the world to the Black Community, enough to win the Presidency.

Remember, he only won by a few percentage points. His electoral numbers came from fewer total states that had higher numbers of Blacks in the population.

So if Obama were born in a Hawaii hospital then the hospital would have sent the notification of birth to the Department(?)of Vital Statistics and then the Department of Vital Statistics would have made the list available to the newspapers. But...

What happens for a home birth? I suspect there was and is a mechanism which permits the parents to register a home birth at the Department of Vital Statistics. If true, then it would be possible for an infant born outside of Hawaii to be registered as a Hawaii birth. There might be a number of reasons for parents to lie about the location of the birth—one of which is that US citizenship can be useful.

So false information provided by the parent(s) to the Department of Vital Statistics winds up in the local newpapers but still remains false information though it comes from the Department of Vital Statistics.

In my opinion, perception is more important than reality to the general public. So his exact DNA components really didn't matter to blacks or whites; and won't in the future, either. He looks black, therefore people wanting to vote skin color or emotion will do so regardless. They imagine he experiences life as a black person, and they have justification to do so. He married a black woman and has consciously adopted himself into the black community. That's all most people want to think about.

Remember, this is a nation that had the one-drop rule until 1967. This is a nation where the main teacher's union thinks that transsexuals actually are the other sex after they are drugged and mutilated, even though their DNA remains the gender they were at birth. Perception is everything.

The most important issues are not why he is suppressing his information, but what is the truth of the information, and were any crimes committed in the suppression of the information?

I have no idea. To me it just says that Ann was up to stuff that Mom would not approve of, based on what Obama said of Grandma in his book about being afraid of black men. To me, that’s a pretty ignorant point of view, but that’s just my opinion and really worthless on the whole. In and of its self, I couldn’t care less what she did. But certainly it shows something of what she (Ann) and perhaps her mom, thought of as acceptable I guess.

That is exactly my point. I am sure that I am not 100% correct. Am I close, well if the boot fits... Seriously though, this theory fits a lot of the information that is available. It also fits for a couple of subtly different scenarios, including yours.

In the end the question is: “What did the President know and when did he know it?” Has a crime been committed in the attempt to misrepresent a Candidate for POTUS? It isn’t even about whether or not it helped him get elected at this point. The question is, Did Obama get and use a fraudulent document? Is this a Crime? I think it is, and I think there is ample evidence that a crime was committed. The ONLY answer to the question lay in the Long Form Birth Certificate that Obama REFUSES to let anyone see.

The details of how and why are sort of irrelevant compared to that single question. Does the COLB Obama has MATCH the information on his Long form? I just came up with a plausible story as to why. Obama isn’t stupid, he LEARNED from that 2000 race he lost due to the “Black Enough” question. So he answers that question with something NO black man or woman would be able to question: “African”.

My kingdom for a single subpoena for the Long form Birth Certificate!

You aren’t the first person I’ve read who has put forward this theory, albeit, you have a lot more detail as to the hows and whys. 110 is interesting, your COLB appears to be the same printing run as Obama’s in that it has the same features in the border as his that some claim are proof of a forgery (something you really can’t prove in an image of an image, you need to examine the real thing.)

Interesting, and certainly plausible. I’ve thought for some time that whatever 0 is hiding, it may have nothing to do with place of birth but rather with something else he doesn’t want known.

However, I don’t see how “African” would be lend any more street cred than “Negro” or “Black.”

If a person didn’t know your parentage and you had real dark skin and real curly hair you could pass for Negro or Black. But for some mulatto people, they have other characteristics... freckles, green eyes, straighter hair, lighter skin. Lots of different things. In Obama’s case, his parentage was known, it was known he had a white mom. Which in and of itself doesn’t mean a darned thing to me. I really don’t care about that stuff. But we aren’t talking about me. I would be happy to see a black man or woman in the office of POTUS. I am not interested in a marxist socialist who lied to get into office and is out to destroy America!

That being said, and having digressed from my point, it DOES matter to the Black Community. That much is absolutely certain. Not from my point of view, but from THEIRS. There was stuff published about it, “Barak the Magic Negro” and various other hit pieces which called into question whether or not he was “black enough” to call himself black, and that came up long before he ran for POTUS, that really came about in 2000 when he ran for congress and lost to a man who was a lot “blacker” than he was. Yea I know, its sort of crazy, and its is racist, in that “racial purity” could be a deciding factor, but there it is. Not from my lips, or keyboard, but from the people in Illinois who were doing the questioning.

Prove that a forgery had been made and used by Obama, which may be a crime. Now thats talking some serious consequences for him and for the State of Hawaii.

This COLB is a forgery, and a really bad one, too.

She’s testing me, first of all, to see if I can spot it as a forgery, and scond of all — and pretty stupid — is claiming that she got this in 2000 with a Mar 22 2007 stamp. The idea here is that if Hawaii could stamp a 2007 date on her 2000 COLB, then they could have also put a 2007 stamp on Obama’s 2008 COLB.

Fat chance.

The date-stamp on the back is totally bogus. You can clearly see that it was added to an existing image: a scan of a COLB folded twice into quarters. The fact that a deep fold runs right theough the middle of the date yet, the date is as straight as if it were on a perfectly flat piece of paper.

On closer examination, you can immediately see how the letters are all thin, jagged and broken apart, and surrounded by pixel haloes.
