Your definitions contradict current law and supreme court rulings on the topic. One can be a natural-born US citizen irrespective of dual nationality status.
In the Elg Case, the Supreme Court said that US law determines US citizenship, and that fact that a second country might be capable of claiming Ms. Elg as a citizen did not defeat or terminate her status as a natural-born US citizen. The same reasoning would apply to Sen. Obama. And since Sen. Obama’s father was a British citizen at the time of Obama’s birth, the British could also have claimed him as a citizen.

Huh? Even if he flunked half his courses, he cant be thrown out of office on it.
And had he said “they don’t just release birth certificates to anyone who asks for one” I would have thought nothing of it. Because that is absolutely correct. He was implying that they don’t ever like to release a birth certificate in response to a request by an authorized individual for birth information and like to release the COLB instead.

I have been a birther since the beginning. I was told to move on and attack on the issues. Well, that got us far didnt it? It’s not the fact that he hasnt released a copy of the birth certificate that’s troubling, but the lengths he has gone to, to keep all personal info private. Which leads to the question............

No, and since we’ve been down this road before and you already know the answer, I’ll just summarize it for the people unfamiliar with your paid troll position:
If his school records show he received federal funds as a foreign student, he has, AS AN ADULT, asserted that he is not an American.
This means he accepted Indonesian citizenship (which requires renouncing American citizenship), and is therefore cannot be considered a “Natural Born Citizen”.
For the slow and trollish, this means he isn’t Constitutionally qualified to be president.
Or it means he committed a federal felony by fraudulently claiming foreign national status to illegally claim funds reserved for actual foreign students.
A federal felony. Cause for impeachment.

That doesn’t make sense. The whole purpose of requiring the president to be a natural-born citizen is to eliminate the possibility of foreign allegiance. Someone with dual citizenship (foreign parent or foreign born of American parents), or certainly someone who has lost his citizenship (and therefore is not a citizen at all), is not a natural-born citizen.
Maybe at least part of the reason why "Rivera" defends Obama on the birth certificate issue is that he himself couldn't produce a birth certificate - at least not one with "Geraldo Rivera" on it. That's because his real name was (or perhaps still is) Gerald Rivers, a name he used through law school. It was only after he decided that taking on a Hispanic name pays off in the MSM that he became "Geraldo Rivera." (His mother, but not his father, is of Hispanic origin.)
Then why did Gibbs say this?

I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”

So after 9/11, people would have voted in a Hussein that is arab american and not african american.
I have also wondered if obama originally had 4 names like the Kenyan missionaries have said. If true, his full name would be barack or barak hussein muhammad obama. Which is right in line with a muslim luo tribe that obama's father was from. If Muslim the children were given these types of names, if christian they had more american names, like barry. This is all hearsay.
People say, no way, none of his legal papers have 4 names. That's the point. He would have had the original BC amended. Or he just stopped using the fourth name when he went into politics and never amended it. In earlier days before electronic registry it was easy to change DMV license names, age and weight just by filling out the form. When it may have became a problem is when he had to show his bc, he then remembered he had not taken care of things legally. This would be a embarrassment that he lied and he never placed this other name on anything he filled out to run for POTUS or his license to practice law. Like Obama said he did not think he could ever pass senate hearings for appointment to SCOTUS.
I wondered if his mothers occupation was down as secretary of CPUSA or some other embarrassing occupation for father or mother.
I wondered if the original might read both parents are foreign born.
And last but not least, the last line on the long form, states information about amendments or something like that. whatever is there may be the biggest problem because he was given a delayed birth certificate which is not citizenship. Hawaii records would disregard this because they know this would take a court case to prove he was not eligible because of this type of BC. I can see them now, we had no idea it was not natural born.
It's possible, when obama came back from Indonesia his legal name was barry soetoro by adoption and his original was amended in order to enter the US. Then later he had it changed back, or not.
I only know one thing for sure, obama is hiding something to not release his long form BC. His forgeries are also a crime so that is another reason he will not release the original.
I am just the opposite of all of those trying to stop the birther voices, I say that until obama releases his long form BC, the rumors will continue and they will get worse. When inflation hits, if cap and trade goes through, if the health care bill goes through, people will be looking for anything to discredit obama. He hasn't seen nothing yet when the people he promised free and no taxes gets hit, the carp will fly.

I dare say that Ann is a lot smarter than most of us here.Perhaps she is content stirring the pot one way while she makes a bigger issue of something else. Keeping the enemy off balance is a tried and true military strategy and when worked properly, a small force can overwhelm a larger force.
So cut her some slack and those who want to make an issue of the COLB can continue making the enemy commit resources to fight that battle. Meanwhile, the tax protests are another fire storm and Ann, well Ann will do what she does best - drive LIBs nuts.
That would have eliminated many of the Presidents in the 1700 and early 1800’s.
Now here’s a blonde who knows how to handle a gun (although I don’t know if she’s a “birther”):
