Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report

Editors Note: In December ‘08 a retired CIA officer commissioned an investigator to look into the Barack Obama birth certificate and eligibility issue. On July 21, 2009 westernjournalism.com obtained a copy of the investigator’s report. Here is an unedited version of the report.

The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act in the 1955 Revised Laws of Hawaii

I think that I now understand the legal background to the question of where Obama was born.

Let’s begin with the statement that Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health released on October 31, 2008. The television and print media used this statement as a reason to prevent and treat with contempt any investigation into whether Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii. But the language of the statement was so carefully hedged and guarded that it should have had the opposite effect.

“There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

It is understandable that after such an apparently definitive statement most news outlets, whether conservative or liberal, would accept this as sufficient grounds to relegate the controversy to the status of a fringe phenomenon. Unless they happened to take the trouble to look into the “state policies and procedures” as laid down by the relevant statutes. If they had done so, they would have seen that Dr. Fukino’s press release was carefully hedged and “lawyered” and practically worthless. But the media in general should not be faulted. The statement seems to roll out with such bureaucratic certainty and final authority. I believed it to be significant until a Honolulu attorney mailed me the relevant statutes. I was so surprised that I laughed out loud.

"We know from a document posted on June 10, 2009 on the Department of Hawaiian Homelands website that up until very recently, the original paper Certificates of Live Birth were maintained by the Dept of Health, and copies of them were provided to confirm claims of Hawaiian ancestry. But if in June the Department of Hawaiian Homelands has decided that it will no longer require the original Certificate of Live Birth as proof for special privileges and the Department of Health spokesman says firmly that they will no longer provide copies of these original certificates, is it possible that, in the midst of the controversy over where Barack Obama was born, the Hawaiian state govt has destroyed the original paper certificate of live birth? This seems almost incredible to me, but the authorities have been so deceptive and evasive on this issue, that it cannot be dismissed as impossible."

So now I’m imaging a statement from the governor of Hawaii: “As I announced months ago, I have placed Mr. Obama’s birth certificate under seal. And what I meant by that is that I ordered it to be destroyed. This is old news. Let’s move along, shall we?”

QUESTION: How can the OBAMA birth certificate said to have been officially “destroyed” in 2001 by the State of Hawaii — be later “examined” in 2008 by the Hawaii Health Dept and found to be valid?

CNN President John Klein had asked CNN researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Pres. Obama’s original birth certificate.

I have several certified copies of my original birth certificate. Have had them for years. I find it very hard to believe that no matter what might have happened to Hawaii’s original copy, that BO doesn’t have copies of his own that he could produce.

So now if my ever so suspicious mind is correct we have the following situation:

1. Obama is NOT a legal American citizen and never has been.
2. He used a stolen Social Security number when he was in Harvard and maybe before that belonged to a dead CT man who would now be 119 years old.
3. There are now 2 suspicious deaths associated with keeping his background secret.. the one associated with Larry Sinclair, and the young man killed who was going to testify regarding Obama’s operatives “sanitizing” his passport information out of State Department computers.

So laugh now.. but then a lot of people thought the BC issue would never get legs...and it keeps hanging on. The fake SS card issue will eventually catch some wind... and this report made public and financed by a PATRIOT retired CIA man could be just the thing that will get the Obamanazi kicked out of the White House and send the Dumbocrats scurrying for cover like the rats they are!

The mostly pro-Obama television and newspaper/magazine media had to be given an excuse and cover for their collective decision to dismiss or ignore the substantial questions about whether Obama met the qualifications for the office set forth in Article II section I of the Constitution.

And those reporters and editors who were not in the tank for Obama had to be deceived. After Labor Day the swing voters would begin to pay attention to the Presidential campaign.

I'm not sure the birth cert would come within the meaning of "presidential record." I would think such records refer to papers having to do with his work while in office.

In 1961 if a 17 year old American girl gave birth in a foreign country to a child whose father was not an American citizen, that child had no right to any American citizenship, let alone the “natural born” citizenship that qualifies someone for the Presidency under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution.

In 1961, the year that Barack Obama was born, under Sec. 301 (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Ann Dunham could not transmit citizenship of any kind to Barack Obama.

The Gov of Hawaii campaigned for Palin, and in a speech in Colorado was the one who nicknamed “O” ZERO, as in empty suit. She has not interfered with the vital records at the capital nor had anything done to prevent BC from being released, as she must be careful not to do so by law.
It is in her interest to get to truth as well, and not jeapordize any lawsuits over BC in process.

I got through half the article, when I became convinced that:

as Hawaii had a legal process to certify numerous types of births either witnessed within Hawaii, or stamped approved based on all sorts of other scenerios, it would appear to me that had Dunham applied for a birth certificate under Hawaii laws, regardless of where Zer0 was lying in his manger at birth;

Hawaii would have declared him an American citizen, given full rights as a citizen at birth, and therefore as a citizen “with birth record in the US,” he probably has rights to call himself a “natural born citizen”.

Maybe my last paragraph summarizes what $1 mil in legal fees that Zer0 (actually Zer0’s campaign funds) have spent to convince the unwashed that this Socialist poseur is qualified to be president.

Let me address two and three:

2. His mother filed his birth immediately after return from Kenya, and there is birth certificate on file in Hawaii, which qualifies him for Social Security number...although he may not be a natural citizen.

3. United States citizens may hold dual citizenship and dual passports.

The Annenberg Foundation, created many years ago by wealthy publisher and conservative, Walter Annenberg, is huge and has many arms and legs.

Ayers/Obama were involved with the Annenberg Educational Challenge ... different from the Annenberg umbrella site, factcheck.org.

Over the years, the management of Annenberg’s foundations and trusts has evolved and been run by anything but conservatives.
