The announcements of Barack Obama's birth printed by two Hawaii newspapers in 1961 do not provide solid proof of a birth in the Aloha State because of uncertainties over the policies and procedures that apparently were being used at the time.
The Honolulu Star-Bulletin, for example, according to its website, now reprints birth information it receives from Hawaii's Department of Health.
"We don't have an editor who handles birth and marriage announcements; we print what we receive from the Department of Health Vital Statistics System," a Star-Bulletin newsroom operator explained to WND.
The operator said, "This is how we've always done it."
The newspaper's "proof" of birth, therefore, could be based on a state-issued "Certification of Live Birth" which, as WND has reported is insufficient alone, even for some State Department officials, to document the birthplace.
Many people remain unaware a child does not even have to be born in Hawaii to receive a Certification of Live Birth, the very "evidence" the White House has cited in defending its assertion Obama was born in Hawaii.

Let me bite. That’s where she had her EXTENSION COURSES material posted. To enroll, she had to have a local address. Mary Toutinghi, who claims she baby-sat, was the postman. Mary forwarded the course materials to Stanley Ann, (where-ever she was) and that answers THAT question. (IMO)
That address was strictly segregated. We don’t know who lived there, do we? It could have been sub-let to another student.
Stanley Ann Dunham is the name she was enrolled under. The only reason she would have leased any address under the name Anna Obama...is because she didn’t want Stanley Ann Dunham TO BE FOUND.
So, where was she? She wasn’t in Hawaii...
A woman who had twins at Kapiolani on that day has been interviewed by the MSM Hawaii daily paper and she said she didn’t remember Barry or the Dunhams.
Maybe so but here's my own experience thus I believe that a newspaper's birth announcement doesn't really mean anything vis-a-vis birthplace -- unless it includes the hospital.
There's no real proof from a hospital, I believe.
I was not born in a hospital. My birth was 27 Jan. and it was registered 3 Apr.
Form data include the address of birthplace (otherwise hospital name) and the residence address of the parents.
Who's going to know? If anything I prefer a birth outside the U.S. and a delayed registration using the Kalanianaole Highway address with permission of the owners.
There's a place on the form for an "attendant" to sign; to wit, M.D., midwife, or other; i.e., it can be "other" like in a friend. Though a doctor may have to sign that the baby is healthy.
BTW my long form B.C. is stamped "DELAY".

You got that kinda muddled. She tried to maintain that she gave birth on the same day, but her twins birth announcement cannot be found. She had twins all right, they went to school with obama...but someone must have forgotten to tell Vital Records.
She’s either a liar or simply got the date of her confinement wrong...or maybe she sacrificed the space in the Hawaii papers...to make room for obama’s announcement?

I don’t want to seem rude, but what does that have to do with the Democrat’s phoneying up newspaper birth announcements?
The late Lefforge’s neighbor (who has live in that neighborhood for over fifty years) has gone on record stating that a Mr. and Mrs. Obama never lived next door.
What part of this is so difficult to understand? The birth announcements are fake.
Especially since way back then a white 17 year old with a biracial black baby would be very unusual and not forgotten.
Regardless, there is something on the BC that Obama does not want the public to see.
Perhaps the Father was listed as “unknown” or the “he” is really a “she”
Who knows.
But there is something there and Obama, like most narcissists have a great fear of looking bad in public, thus all the secrecy behind his BC, school records, and pretty much everything about him up until a few years and only what he wants people to see.
Everything else is guarded like Fort Knox.
Again, why all the secrecy?
Why not just release the BC?
Worse yet, he posted a poorly photoshopped BC on the “stop the smears” web site, which has since been scrubbed from the internet.
You would think the media would be interested, but they are still dumpster diving in Wasilla, led by Rachel D’Oro of the AP (American Pravda)

The point is she DID NOT help Obama’s story. She says she was in the babymamma wing at the same time, but also says she never saw them there. Her story doesn’t help Obama.
I don’t know if it matters that you couldn’t find a birth announcement. Where did you look? Shouldn’t you source your claim? Important practice, yes?

A SOCIAL WORKER IN CHICAGO? OBAMA WAS A SENATOR IN 2002! AND THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE THAT STANLEY ANN DUNHAM WAS EVER AT THE EAST-WEST CENTRE. AND THERE NEVER HAS BEEN A BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE TWINS, SO VITAL RECORDS MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN THEM?

I just thought of something that may help you when you research:

I see what your problem is. You’ve only looked on the AUgust 13th announcements for the Nordyke girls. The August 13 announcement was generated from a false affadavit of home birth filed by Granny Dunham. The Aug 4-5 births reported in the Aug 13 could be the home-birth affaavits. Hospital births for August 4-5 are probably listed in another day’s paper. SOmeone should check all the August announcements.
AGain, read the Nordyke article more carefully. She never says she saw Ann or Barry at Kopialani. The reporter infers it.
Look carefully at the dates on the announcements. They include births from JULY 30 to the SEVENTH of August!

If anything I prefer the possibility of a birth outside the U.S. and a delayed registration citing the Kalanianaole Highway address as the place of birth with permission of the home owners.
Though having only one week to get back to Hawaii from wherever is pushing it especially 40+ years ago.
So maybe Obama is just being a jerk and refuses to release the long form because, as he says, "I won."
