On Friday, we saw the letter ATF sent to FFL dealers in Tennessee telling them the Bureau was overriding the state's Firearms Freedom Act, and would continue to impose federal requirements in disregard of state law.

Montana is a huge state with a small population. ATF, DEA, and FBI agents in Montana cannot hide themselves or their families, for long. I lived there for 5 years. Montanans have their own way of dealing with outsiders. Every state trooper wears a shoulder patch with the numbers 3-7-77 on it:
That number is a stern reminder of the days when Vigilante Justice was all there was in Montana. Lawbreakers who weren't gone by sundown would be buried in a hole 3 feet by 7 feet by 77 inches.

...Vernacular, slang, accent, regional pronunciation of the english language. Kind of like Jesse Helms saying ponagapha, George Bush saying nucular, me saying yer, fer, stya, chya, mostly no spell check or a dictionary or thesaurus at hand. Above all it’s fun to mock people to cover up your own stupidity, and I got plenty of stupid that leaks out of my brain on a daily basis...

Officials in Tennessee should have written a letter to the head of ATF and asked:
"Which other Amendments besides the 10th Amendment do your agents intend to ignore while they're in Tennessee?"

"The next step would be for ALL Sheriffs in TN to revoke their MOUs with the BATF."To build on that, all State Governors should stand firm and tell the Feds to respect the laws and sovereignty of the States or else the States will demand that all Federal officers be removed from the States, and that all Federal Courthouses be closed.

With your small population you have a great opportunity. You can shun the federal thugs.
Don’t associate with them or their families in any way. Don’t let your kids play with them. If their kid joins a sports team everyone else should quit. Don’t go to church with them. If they walk in everyone should get up and walk out. If they come into a store everyone else should walk out.
Isolate them and make life so miserable they either quit of transfer out of state.

Don't forget what happened the last time the Federal Armies descended en masse to enforce their authority on the locals in Montana.

BASICALLY, the BATF said that the new State laws mean NOTHING. You either OBEY them, or they are coming after you with FLAME-THROWERS, just like in the Waco!

A student summer research helper was from Texas. Her grandfather had a ranch and she went there every other weekend for years.
On the way to the ranch, she passed the Branch Davidian Compound. I asked her what the people in the area thought about the killing of all those people.
She said most were glad to see them gone.
Obama could become a Hitler here in America and far too many wouldn’t be concerned.

The Montana FFL dealers were blessed with the same letter sent to dealers in Tennessee a few days ago. The federales are beginning to look and sound like the big bad wolf: "I'll huff and I'll puff", well, you get the idea...
