Initially, those were my thoughts exactly. However, the covering up of all his school records as well as the conflicting stories about the Hawaiian hospital make it look like he's covering up more the location of birth rather that the circumstances of a Hawaiian birth.

Agreed but critics can't have it both ways. People can't use the same form to "prove" he is a Muslim and then dismiss the part where the same form says he was born in Hawaii.

She’s second in the chain for PRESIDENT. She will not automatically move into the VP slot if Biden moves up. Obama and Biden would BOTH have to be removed for her to move into the PRESIDENCY.

If Biden moves up, he chooses a new VP and (s)he is confirmed by the Senate. Just like Agnew and Nixon and Ford. Gerald Ford was not the Speaker of the House when Agnew was booted.

I think you underestimate the pressure that would be brought to bear on the Congress if Obama is indeed somehow found to not be eligible for POTUS.

It amazes me that Obama hasn’t found some Mexican coyote who could forge him a new Birf Cert if need be.

I don't know how the law reads on impeachment but maybe Nancy Pelousy would agree to impeach both nObama and Biden if she would then be #1. She would do it even if it meant she would get to be prez only until another election could be held.

And if Biden were found ineligibile, Pelosi is next in line. Wonderful. We’re screwed no matter what.

As far as I have been able to determine, based on all these BC threads, discussions with actual constitutional scholars, there is nothing to indicate that Biden is ineligible, regardless he ran on a ticket with 0bama, should it be determined 0bama is illegitimate in his office. While there are many of us who would always question the *how much did he know* and such, it is not a given that he DOES know for certain fact, and unless that could be proven, that he did know but allowed a man who was ineligible run and win the office of president, I don't see as how a case could be made to dump him at the same time.
