This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.
U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.
Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.
This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

Why doesn’t the Obozo just provide his birth certificate? I wasn’t a big believer in the “Obozo’s not a citizen” argument, but this act of making the case moot by rescinding the orders is a very odd move - it just makes more people wonder what the heck’s going on.

I think the Saudis (Sunnis) aka O’s puppetmasters want our troops on Iran’s (Shia) border. The Sunni and Shia hate each other.

There will be many many people that go down in a criminal coverup when this is all over. And that’s where it’s at now-it’s treason against the country.
My thoughts are once Obama is tossed out of office, they have to give the Presidency to McCain and Palin.
Once five or so of these are identified, Freepers MUST call each one and start to put the pressure on that they give up support of Obama. Feed them vignettes, pepper them with jokes, agree with them when they criticize Obama and tell them you hear it EVERYWHERE THESE DAYS, give personal stories, send them clips, link them to FR, whatever it takes (particularly potent is showing them stories on public opinion polls that show Zero slipping).
In this grassroots sense, while we have absolutely NO HOPE of convincing any liberal Democrat friends or loved ones of us about this defective piece of merchandise, we CAN, after a dismal six months of this Obama character causing aject domestic malaise and international chaos, begin to make inroads to his unpopularity--each and every one of us has a role and can have an impact--MSM/Pravda in support of him and papering over his national and international travesties, be damned. In order for any reputable and strong challenge to Obama in line with our US Constitution and defense of the Republic, prior to the mid terms to take place, we must get Obama Disapproval UP TO AT LEAST 70%. It will take some doing, but I would say that is what all us civilians, retirees and such and should each doing on our side during this situation.
Or there will be a completely uncommanded Military.

By having Iran surrounded we ARE protecting ourselves, as well as many other countries, from a nuclear threat.
Nope, Bush provided all required paperwork to prove his eligibility. Therefore, he would have had no basis to refuse the order. Obama on the other hand, has ditched his entire past.
Obama has nothing but contempt for the military. So do his friends.
It goes from rioting to revolution when the military gets involved. Look at Iran right now - the military isn’t involved so the people are being pushed down. Honduras the military is involved and a revolution is sweeping in.
That's a very interesting question. Ordinarily, if the president (no capital P for Obozo) is unable or incapable, the VP becomes president. BUT if the preaident-VP team is tainted by an illegitimacy in the president, does this disqualify the VP as well? In which case, God help us, we'd get moron Pelosi, the world's stupidest woman.
