Not true.
It happens all the time. Many govt. contractors and companies who have huge govt. contracts sue the government.
The govt. screws up constantly. And with big amounts of money.
Sometimes the only way to fix what went wrong is with a lawsuit.
And during and after the lawsuit these individuals and companies continue to do business with the govt.
sorry on my part, frater - if my earlier post sounded a bit sarcastic, I wasn’t being clear enough.
I agreed with your timing; my (unclear...) point was that though there is a clear date for obama’s election, the steady erosion of individual liberties in our country which made such an election possible have been going on for a much longer time.

Thank you for your thoughtful post ... this information was not coming through in my reading, only that he was ordered to deploy and refused, then the rest followed. I appreciate you providing your insights.
Just think of what that would mean military men could figure out if their orders were legal or not, and the President would have to meet the requirements of the constitution or else the military comes to a halt. What a disaster! (sarcasm on) Looks like he can continue as de facto President as long as he does not need a military.
