I don't feel the need to play games in an honest discussion. I have only stated that any action to remove Obama from office would have to go through the Congress and it is totally controlled by his Democrat party. There is no chance Obama will leave office by other that the ballot box. It is sad to say, but anyone that thinks a conspiracy revealed to the people would cause them to suddenly reject Obama is not facing reality.
Believe me, I feel as sad as "Iron Eyes" Cody to think of Obama's successful scheme, but to waste time with convoluted Machiavellian like, "Catch-22" traps for Obama is really pointless.
We are willfully ignoring the gargantuan elephant in the living room. Why can't we find a Conservative leader that can stand up to the Democrat juggernaut.
How would you remove him from office then?
He is the highest officer in the land. SCOTUS does not have a national police force. Remember when President Andrew Jackson directly disobeyed a ruling of the Supremes with veritable impunity. Obama would have to order his own Attorney General to have himself removed from office.
Or would Biden suddenly knock on Obama's door and and say, "sorry Barry, it's been fun but you should not be here." "Hugs to Michelle and the kids." "I'll see you next time I fly AF-1 into ChiTown."

However if a court should declare him to be ineligible, and the ruling is not overturned, I don't expect their will be any shortage of people willing to "help" him leave. Probably to include some of his own protective detail.

Well I don't agree that they could act in this respect. He was sworn into office.
That makes him President in spite of how he got there.
He would have to be removed Constitutionally.
You can't just say, "nevermind", like Emily Litella.

If Holder sent a directive down the chain of command that he would fire and prosecute anyone that attempted to act against Obama what would happen?

Need clear scotch tape and a spool of thread.
I know this because of my ethnicity and where I grew up. Some people in my neighborhood would put clear scotch tape on not very visible places on doors and trunk/lid and put little pieces of threads in places of house, car and etc.
If tape or thread was not exactly as left... just walk away, quickly.
