If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz fall into your trap and drop the suit they have tacitly agreed that you have the authority to issue a lawful order.
BUT If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz continue the suite based on your original illegal order and assert that you do not have the legal authorty to overturn the illegal order to send his unit to Afghanistan what happens?

You are incorrect, the Constitution makes no mention of birth on foreign soil disqualifying a person from the office of President. Regardless of the opinions of the founders, the Constitution is silent on the matter.
All US Presidents born prior to 1783 were dual citizens of both the US and Great Britain. Neither the Treaty of Paris, nor any Act of the Parliament of Great Britain revoked their British citizenship.
Dual citizenship does not effect eligibility for the Presidency. It is a political question, not a legal one. It is an issue for the voters to decide.
Legally when a dual national is in the United States, he is an American, period. His second nationality has no legal status under US law and is ignored.
Also, with travel being what it is, it is possible that a person may be born in the US to two US citizen parents and still aquire another nationality, even if that individual does not want it. This can happen if a country does not recognize US naturalization. Some countries do not allow their citizens to renounce citizenship. Naturalized Americans who wanted to dump their old citizenship could find that they and their children are stuck with an unwanted second citizenship.

True, some Americans right now are spoon fed State Run Media garbage but the vast majority of the population is unaware of what is going on. I cannot count how many of my co-workers, friends and even family have absolutely no idea what is going on.
If it becomes nationally known that our President usurped the office and no one in power will do anything about it, then the people will. Do not think we do not outnumber, out-think and carry far more defense then the welfare thriving masses in this country. The biggest pronblem with real patriots in this country is we must work...not 9 to 5, but for most, including me, rise at 5, at work by 7, home by maybe 6-ish after sitting in traffic. They then spend time with the kids, cuddle with the spouse, hit the rack and maybe watch 10 minutes 11 o'clock news.
This will change quickly when it is made public that Obama is a poser. I have every belief that true America will not stand for this, regardless of what Congress does or does not do.
The way things are going with this, I predict we may all meet in DC in the near future...at which time I will buy Null and Void the drinks of his choice.

1. The Air Force doesn’t get to make that decision.
2. Several key points of US citizenship law, then in effect, have been since been ruled to be violations of the 14th amendment to the Constitution. They have been been revised to bring the statutes into compliance with the Constitution.
What is he hiding and Why? His birth certificate, selective service registration, his records, college history, political beliefs (communism), religious beliefs (people tout he's a muslim, I say he's atheist, goes with his core Marxist-communist beliefs).

We had to beat the tar out of the Brits again in the war of 1812 to convince them that American born sons of American citizens are NOT British subjects, and press ganging them into the British Navy was a BAD IDEA.
It is irrelevant what another country says about our citizens. Else Chia Pet head in NK could declare all Americans are duel NK American citizens and prevent the US from even having a president.
The Founding Fathers clearly intended that as soon as America was old enough for sons of Americans born in America to be qualified only those born of Americans (jus sanguinis) on American soil (jus Soli) qualified.
Yes, they did 'grandfather in' patriots who fought for America, yet were born of British Subjects, on British colonial soil, but that exemption expired when Natural Born Citizens became available. I suppose you think having no presidents for at least 35 years would be a better plan?
Not to ramble too much, but the first Continental Congress in 1790 felt the need to pass a law to include foreign born sons of diplomats as 'Natural Born Citizens'. (Clearly they didn't think the Constitution explicitly allowed this.) This law was replaced in 1795. The new law is mute on what, exactly is a 'Natural Born Citizen'.
