Not so fast there. If you are, as we strongly suspect, not constitutionally qualified to be the President and CiC, you aren't qualified to rescind an order either.
If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz fall into your trap and drop the suit they have tacitly agreed that you have the authority to issue a lawful order.
BUT If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz continue the suite based on your original illegal order and assert that you do not have the legal authorty to overturn the illegal order to send his unit to Afghanistan what happens?
All those people who accused Maj Cook of being a combat-avoiding-coward lose any credibility that they may have had by insisting that putting his career and future life on the line was only to slither out of a combat assignment.
Now he'd be suing to be lawfully sent TO combat. What could you do? Issue another illegal order to rescind the illegal rescinding of the first illegal order? Puh-lease.
Sorry, Mr Obama. Your only choice now is to show your legitimate birth certificate and have everything you have signed into law, and every appointment you have made as alleged president instantly rendered null and void, or you can step down and hope they remain in force.

He is an Individual Mobilization Augmentee, as I once was. He's going as an individual. My nephew did that too, but he is a "traditional" reserve unit assigned reservist. He's now on an involuntary call up, but not deployed overseas this time.
Perhaps not, the XXth amendment says:
If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified
The House would then have to pick a new President, but the XIIth amendment seems to say that they'd be restricted to the top three electoral vote getters for President. Only McCain and Obama got electoral votes for President.

Since this whole BC conspiracy, (THEIRS, not OURS,) began, I have been advising friends that the military, specifically middle to lower ranking officers would have to be the ones who sink this pirate ship once and for all.
It has been mind-blowingly apparent that the federal courts had no interest in this, most higher courts having been stacked since the first bush presidency for their socialist, leftward leanings. Bush the Younger tried to undo that precedent, but was skunked by having his appointees dragged through the mud until they either quit or were destroyed. Going against his father and bill clinton consumed him.
So too has the military hierarchy been stacked by political promotions having little to do with merit, but much to do with political loyalty. Similarly, GW Bush’s military appointments were excoriated and drummed out. Gen. Peter Pace, an honorable man, is an example of a political drubbing with complete and utter disregard for the man’s career by the left because of his views on homosexual activity.
Congress will not do it because they are complicit.
So my opinion of this entire matter is that COs and NCOs who are not politically connected have to be the front line to bring this admin down if blood in the streets is to be avoided.
Note every day that obama has been in office, the numbers of Wounded and KIA American Troops has been on the rise both in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our Military’s great work in Iraq is being systematically reversed. In Afghanistan, our Troops have been forced to fight with the Miranda rule in their pockets and hands tied behind their backs.
In short, the obama administration is murdering our Troops by design, and everyone is afraid to say it out loud, but the Troops know it and they do talk about it among themselves.
You can argue until you are blue in the face that it is a soldier’s “duty” to soldier on, but to order a Soldier to commit suicide for an illegitimate Commander in Chief, who is most probably not even eligible to hold office; who is in every way a criminal whether or not he was born in Kenya or Hawaii, as he claims; has committed acts of treason in front of our eyes; has grabbed power unto himself with no regard to the Constitution which every Troop has sworn an oath to defend, is ordering them to disobey the very oath that makes them the defenders of same.
If obama is not a foreign threat, he is most certainly a domestic threat, and should be removed from office in any way possible. If this ONE Soldier has a case, he should pursue it until he, or it, has run the full course, and if other NCOs follow this lead, the military is going to have a tough time covering for him for very long. This is NOT my country right or wrong. This is MY COUNTRY, and I want to preserve it.
It now seems clear that this administration fears the truth and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure it never sees the light of day. If the military fails in its FIRST duty, preserving and protecting US, then the last resort, and one that we all cringe at, is a civil war. That is a fact.

Already happened. Sort of. A former teacher of BHO's, Barbara Nelson, named the doctor, Dr. Rodney T. West, who delivered him. Of course he conveniently died February 24, 2008. He was 97, but a few years earlier (about 5), he was still very active in the Pearl Harbor Survivor's Association (scroll down to the very last page, there a couple of pictures of Dr. West, one with President G.W. Bush.)
Also conveniently, he never mentioned the day he delivered a black baby to a white girl named Stanley, except to Ms. Nelson. The PHS link above also states that he retired from practicing medicine in December of 1956, after delivering over 5,000 babies, but also almost 5 years before BHO was born.
That is true, but
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.
If he's not eligible, he is not, and never was, President. He would be illegally occupying the office. Impeachment by the House and removal by the Senate is for Presidents, not usurpers illegally occupying the office in violation of the Constitution.
Good evening, or good morning, whatever. I do this in certain timeframes which are dictated by an 18 month old, so sometimes I am late to the thread. Forgive me for that, but I feel so strongly about this, and have for the longest time, that I felt it needed saying publically, finally.
I do have these conversations with people who are as concerned as I am, (some of whom are much closer to the situation than they really want to be,) as most of you are. Doing nothing is not an option. Whatever happens, we are headed for a confrontation of epic proportions.
There have been rumblings within the military for some time now. You don’t hear about them except in very rare cases, (the angry Judge in charge of trying Khalid Sheik Mohammed, for instance,)but it isn’t as rare as one might think.
My inbox is fairly overflowing day in and day out with messages from people who have very real fears about what this administration is doing to our intel and miitary assets.
It is only a matter of time before attempts are made to limit our lines of communication. At that point, I shudder to think of what comes next.
You Patriots who have served, You Veterans who I honor with all my heart, did not have to choose between your country and your duty. When you served, they were one and the same. It isn’t like that anymore. Your country is under seige. The Military is under seige. Two MORE of our Brothers were KIA in Afghanistan this evening doing their duty because a usurper needs to have the appearance of personal resolve to fool the public HERE which is meaningless in the long run. Our troops know it and are dying for it.
The regime in Afghanistan is corrupt to its core. Nothing we do there, and nothing our Troops are fighting there for now, is going to change anything. It’s about him. HIM. Not US, not for any reason other than him.
What he is doing in Iraq is just evil...and it’s just beginning to have repercussions which will harm our Troops even more as days pass.
I respect your Service. I respect your opinions. But it is a new day and it’s a bad one for all concerned.
How many generations would it be before anyone would trust us enough to give us the time of day?
That is one of the fears I hear more often than I like to think about.
But here is something else.
The release of the iranian QUDS commanders is one of those orders that should have been refused. Their release was an act of terror against our own Troops, against the Iraqi people, and against the Iranian people at a time when dissidents in Iran are being murdered, maimed, jailed, and tortured because they want their freedom.
Is there ANY question in anyone’s mind whose side obama is on?
