I'm an American! I'm free! And I'm proud of my country! And I'll defend it until the day I die!
July 14, 2009 | Jim Robinson

Posted on 07/14/2009 11:01:47 AM PDT by Jim Robinson

I'm not English-American or Irish-American or White-American or Straight-American or Christian-American or Conservative-American or Middle Class-American. I'm an AMERICAN! And I thank God every day to be born free and fortunate enough to have been born in the freest country on the planet! And among the most determined and most capable people ever assembled!

I refuse to submit to the liberal attempts to divide our free people into organized hyphenated special interest groups and pit us against each other. I refuse to bow down to and tip-toe around the professional race pimps. Or the homosexual lobby. Or the radical feminist groups. Or the radical environmentalist groups!

I AM a native American! And I am proud of my national heritage, all of it! We've had our trials and tribulations have made our mistakes and have fought tremendous battles to right our wrongs and defend our liberty and will continue making mistakes and continue fighting the battles because we are human and we long to be free!

And the war for freedom is never won! There's always someone who wants to gain power over us, to organize us, to control us, to make things better for us, to make our lives more orderly, more organized, more healthy, more efficient, more like the way THEY'd like to see us be! They wish to GOVERN us! To saddle us! To train us! To work us! To control us! To bury us!

No thanks! I was born free and I'm determined to live free and I'm determined to die free and leave a future where my children and their children may live free!

To hell with hyphenated America! To hell with socialist America! Disband your jealousy ridden greedy little I-Want-It-My-Way separatist groups and UNITE under the American banner of equality, justice and freedom for ALL as God intended and our fathers left us!!

Freedom Czar, eh? Do I get an entire government department to enforce freedom on the people at the point of a gun? Gives a whole new meaning to the words “live free or die!”

I saw a program about Major League Baseball players from the early Forties. Over 80% of them served in the military in WW2. They interviewed one old player who said the two most important things a man can fight for are his family and his country. Thank God some still feel the same way.

We are undergoing a socialist and fascist takeover, FRiend. If we ever had any differences, let’s ignore them, and join together to fight tyranny on our shores.

It's a fact, if everyone would think about it, those individuals who use the hyphenated term to identify themselves really haven't any loyalty to this country nor the principle of it being the melting pot of the world.

There's no such thing as a hyphenated American. They can either identify themselves as an unhyphenated American or, if that's a problem, then get out and go to whatever country they are so proudly proclaiming over America. Those people haven't the guts to because they would be executed within a month when they started pulling their crap there which they pull here.

Instead, in their repudiation of being an American, they represent the failure of the educational system and politicians to make sure those either born into, or admitted to, this country understands it's greatness and the U.S. Constitution.

Jim

The problem is worse than dashes - the left wants us to think in lots of other terms like class, sex, race.

That is how they win. They create “victims” so they can create blame.

We want us to believe we are no longer a Republic but they want us to think we are a global marxist landscape of oppressed _____________ (fill in the blanks).

AMEN, Jim!!! I’ve always said the same. Any politician who TRULY wants to unite America.....Mr. Obama....would call for an end to the use of hypenated nationalities. Either you are an AMERICAN or you’re not!

I am and always will be PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!! I pray GOD will protect our great country from those who want to diminish our freedoms.
