Stonewalling on Walpin-gate (Obama above the law, again)

Then the stonewalling got worse. On June 30, White House counsel Gregory B. Craig warned Mr. Grassley, "These questions implicate core executive branch confidentiality interests." On July 6, corporation general counsel Frank R. Trinity repeatedly refused to answer congressional investigators' questions about the White House's communications with his office regarding any review of Mr. Walpin's performance.

"It's a White House prerogative," Mr. Trinity told staff members, according to multiple sources. Asked if he was somehow asserting "executive privilege" -- a privilege not his to claim -- Mr. Trinity repeated his "White House prerogative" line. Told that no such prerogative exists in law, Mr. Trinity still declined to answer. Both he and the White House continue to withhold requested, relevant documents.

It is worth noting that all of this began blowing up after Mr. Walpin had the temerity to actually do his job. He met with Mr. Issa's staff on May 5 to advise them that the corporation had failed to act strongly enough against Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, a close ally of Mr. Obama, when Mr. Johnson misused some AmeriCorps funds. Mr. Walpin then told the corporation board on May 20 that the board and top staff had adopted too much of an "anything goes" attitude regarding oversight of AmeriCorps money.

Rather than investigate the IG's serious complaints, Mr. Obama fired him. In short, he snuffed out the whistleblower rather than heed the whistle. Now all the president's men are trying to cover his tracks. Congress is right to keep following those tracks for evidence of White House malfeasance.

Here is the Inspector General Reform bill that Sinator Obama co-sponsored. Guess he forgot about that pesky 30 day notification to congress to make sure the office isn’t politicized.

“4/23/2008—Passed Senate amended. Inspector General Reform Act of 2008 -
(Sec. 2) Amends the Inspector General Act of 1978 to require Inspectors General (IGs) for designated federal entities to be appointed without regard to political affiliation and solely on the basis of integrity and demonstrated ability in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, law, management analysis, public administration, or investigations.

(Sec. 3) Requires the President, the heads of designated federal entities, the Librarian of Congress, the Capitol Police Board, and the Public Printer to communicate to Congress in writing the reasons for removing or transferring an IG no later than 30 days before such removal or transfer.”

Corruptobozo must have forgot he helped pass that bill since he is now firing IG watchdogs w/o his 30 day notice which is drawing the attention of the FBI. He has taken all of what has made the Chicago political/crime machine famous and blended it w/the incompetent charm of Jimbo Carter. He is trying to change this Country into a Turd World dictatorship and to accomplish that he needs to maintain the facade that gummit can run as efficiently as the private sector. To do that he must hide the graft and corruption that runs throughout the Democorrupt Party.

Now there is a growing scandal in the Inspector Generals offices. These people are basically the auditors of the gummit agencies. They do the impossible task of trying to track the landfill of waste called the Federal gummit. Now that we are talking in terms of Trillions rather than just billions the size and scope of that waste has multiplied. Rather than attempting to curb the waste and make the gummit more efficient Black Hussain Oblack wants to magnify that waste into more bribes and graft. To do this he needs to eliminate any tracking and verification of waste.

His first firing of an Inspector was Gerald Walpin for the crime of exposing Bama crony Mayor Kevin Johnson for his misappropriating $800K of gummit $$ that were supposed to go to inner city kids. He used it for his Mayoral campaign and using the school volunteers as personal servants to run errands and chores. He also found inside the AmeriCorps massive corruption to the tune of $70 Million and suggested the organization be shut down for waste and fraud. For this whistle blowing, Emperor Hussain fired him which has brought the interest of the FBI. Lets start the Impeachment yesterday.

The bigger IG scandal is the Neil Barofsky investigation. This IG was investigating the original Bush TARP funds and was trying to track the $$ poured into the Banking Black Hole to the tune of over 3/4 $$$Trillion. There were $Billions flying out of the Treasury to wallpaper the Banking Industry w/no oversight or accounting whatsoever. He has found in 3 short months 20 bank fraud cases with kickbacks going to congressmen. Even Capone knew to give the cops a free night in the Whorehouse to make things run smoothly. Eliot Ness couldn’t be bought and neither can Barofsky so the FBI has been called into these charges. Barofsky has found massive cooking of books to defraud the gummit through overvaluing of mortgages to make themselves more sound than they were. This allowed them to get gummit funds some banks would otherwise not get. Basically the gummit has no idea where the $Billions went or what the value was after they let lose of the $$. This goes straight to the WH and is only the tip de iceberg.

Barofsky is trying to track over $300 Billion and has axed the Banks to say what they did w/the $$ and is trying to track it. Part of that is asking the Treasury Dept who/what/why and they are refusing to give him the information. They are claiming some type of lawyer client protection rather than being forthright to help track our $Billions. The last thing mafiobozo can afford is for people to realize how ineffective our gummit is. These Inspectors are exposing that weakness and w/the $Trillions he needs to spend in TARP, Porkulus, Cap & Kill and KatrinaCare even his obots may figure out this is the worst thing we can do. He wants to be as transparent with AmeriCORN and Porkulus as he was w/his Birth Certificate.

He has to eliminate the accounting of these $Trillions so that he can turn the District of Corruption into his giant Pay to Play Casino. If he can empower AmeriCORN into a $4 Billion army of thugs who will steal elections, he has turned our Democracy into single Party rule for the rest of our lives. Party membership will determine your entire living breathing life. Killing the watchdogs are sure signs that what he has in store for America will make the Soviet Union look like Disneyland. With absolute control of the Banks, IRS, Establishmedia and Hospitals with no oversight, we will be slaves to the Supreme Hussain. If you believe he wants to rebuild the economy then you must believe that is chicken in the Chow Mein in Chinatown.
