Tomorrow could be interesting.

My guess is the judge will find some legal excuse for evading his own legal responsibilities.

But of course I hope I am mistaken.

The question is, has the Obama Gang had enough time to counterfit a phony birth certificate and artificially age it to get away with it?

Might be hard to get that baby foot print right.

I doubt Lucifer has foot or finger prints, so that is probably not a large impediment.

It sounds like this stems from the issue of how to properly serve the plaintiff. Taitz sent Mary McKiernan to Washington to serve Dumbo and they gave her the run around.

He’s a Clinton-appointed judge. You can forget this case.

Think the Clinton's really care about Hussein? Hillary has been reduced to zilch.

But he’s still a Dem. I doubt he’s going to take part in anything that would dent Dear Leader.

Between you and me, I never understood what was in it for Hillary to accept the SOS job. I said at the time, whatever goes wrong will be her fault and whatever goes right will be credited to Obama.

I think she feared losing re-election in the Senate and could use her position to undermine Obama on foreign policy. But it will be really hard to do that without blame boomeranging back upon her, particularly with Obama’s worshipping media.

Taitz:

“The latest argument by the judge says that I was supposed to serve Obama by a certain Rule-4I. My argument is that it wasn’t applicable, as I served him as an individual, on inauguration day, for his action before he became the president. He does not qualify to get governmental representation, meaning he has to pick (up) the tab,” she explained.

“He defaulted, and in default I can demand production of the documents to show his fitness for the position,” she wrote.

I haven’t seen this posted anywhere but it looks like this is the latest filing.

obozo’s lawyers are commanding high salaries for nothing. They’ve put a lid on the BC issue for this long. They’re not going to stop now. They’ll be there in full armor, I suspect.

This is interesting. Yes, the Dept of Justice is the one to serve for obozo, specifically the Solicitor General.

Image of the Supreme Court

The original Statutory Authorization Act of June 22, 1870, states, “There shall be in the Department of Justice an officer learned in the law, to assist the Attorney General in the performance of his duties to be called the Solicitor General.” The Office of the Solicitor General is tasked to conduct all litigation on behalf of the United States in the Supreme Court, and to supervise the handling of litigation in the federal appellate courts. The general functions of the Office can be found at 28 CFR 0.20.

Elena Kagan was confirmed as the 45th Solicitor General of the United States in March 2009.

Only unless you served him after he was inaugurated.

'I think she feared losing re-election in the Senate and could use her position to undermine Obama on foreign policy. "

I'm as puzzled as anyone why Clinton took that job. But, I'm fairly confident that it wasn't out of fear of losing reelection. She had just won reelection two years prior, quite handily I may add (almost a 40 point victory).

No, if Hilary wanted too, she could have been to New York what Chappaquiddick Ted is to Massachusetts - a permanent Senatorial fixture. Which makes what she did even that much more baffling.

If the hamburg doesn't calm things down, maybe we can return to Michelle's garden and watch the EPA take new lead tests for the coming lawsuits by the gardening kids and their families.

You forgot Barry's big first pitch at the All Star Game Tuesday night...that will keep the Drive-Bys busy as they swoon over his athletic abilities.

That one is easy.

Hillary serves as Sec. of State for one term.

Joe does not seek VP nomination in 2012.

Obama-Clinton Dem. ticket in 2012

Hillary 2016.

They will try for sure but forensic (or that type of forgery skill) evidence will prevail. There is NO perfect crime. There is just too much interest here. Popcorn supplies....CHECK!

Yeah, I thought about that. But, I'm fairly confident that Byrd is going to outlive us all.

Hillary is effectively third in the line of succession as Robert Byrd is not capable of serving.
