WASHINGTON — If the Senate doesn't pass a bill to cut global warming, Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer says, there will be dire results: droughts, floods, fires, loss of species, damage to agriculture, worsening air pollution and more.

She says there's a huge upside, however, if the Senate does act: millions of clean-energy jobs, reduced reliance on foreign oil and less pollution for the nation's children.

Boxer is trying to round up some Republican votes to offset opposition from the likes of Democratic Sens. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and Ben Nelson of Nebraska .

Count my rino senator Mel Martinez (FL) in! He consumed the enviro-moonbat koolaid long ago.

Congress is full of People who Predict the Future without Facts, details, or meaningful statistics.

Nor do they have the slightest knowledge of even the most rudimentary science. Willful ignorance!

I have had a "Adios Boxer" bumper sticker on my truck for years, this woman is dangerous.

I talked to Duncan D Hunter At a townhall meeting here in La Mesa at the VFW and asked him to Talk to dad about running against Box o'Rocks.
What ever it takes we need to remove this thing or Kalyfornia is deeper in trouble and she wants to take the rest of the country done with us.

Boxer detests my Senator (Inhofe) — she is going to lose and once again Jim Inhofe will have killed another bad environment bill.

Blow it out your blow hole you self-righteous dolt. Taxing the air is indeed what this is all about just like Billy C’s failed attempt at the B.T.U. tax.

Boxer said the legislation wouldn't include any new taxes

We're not as stupid as Ma'am Boxer is - we KNOW that's a LIE!

Isn't it amazing that throughout history warmer climates have resulted in improved agricultural production yet now a warmer climate would damage agriculture.

Three words for Senator Babs: Little Ice Age. Have one of your staff members google it.

Barbara, we ARE obstructionists. We are obstructing YOUR plan for how to spend OUR money on the stupidest things! And since any number of us are smarter than you, WE WILL WIN.

less pollution for the nation's children.

Of course, Madam Bow-wow. That's because in the upcoming Democretin Dark Ages, there will be fewer families able to afford children.

Kinda funny.

You are in Texas.

Central Texas.

It’s going to be hot and dry in the summer time.

About every 50 years there will be an extreme drought

Followed by flooding.

Gosh she must be really smart to be able to predict the future like that. Smarter than many scientists, geologist and climatologists too. Barbara Boxer we are just so lucky that God blessed us with your grace and wisdom.

And your solution would be to rid the planet of the carbon-based unit infestation?

No. I don’t believe in Global Warming or man-made climate change. I am not stupid enough to fall for that...

We will rid ourselves by way of our own idiocy, ignorance, greed, lust for power, and violence.

And it will have little to no effect on the planet, much as our existence up until now has had little to no effect on the planet.

We are but a molecule of a grain of sand in the hour glass of the universe. Our existence doesn’t really matter a hill of beans, except to those who may wish to take note at how absolutely pathetic our species has become, and how quickly.

Yes, I know that there are still Good people, but they are being outnumbered at an astonishingly fast pace by people who are Evil, and, quite frankly, I see no way of turning it around.

If the Senate doesn't pass a bill to cut global warming, Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer says, there will be dire results: droughts, floods, fires, loss of species, damage to agriculture, worsening air pollution and more.

Can anyone name one global warmers prediction that came true?

=======

She says there's a huge upside, however, if the Senate does act: millions of clean-energy jobs, reduced reliance on foreign oil and less pollution for the nation's children.

The millions of jobs haven't happened in Brazil or anywhere else in the world.

Any shortage of energy in the United States has been purposely caused by our social engineering politicians. Turn Sarah Palin loose and she'll have us using our own energy in months.

Capitalism produces the cleanest environment, bar none. The most polluted countries are aways the statist governments that the liberals love.
