ANCHORAGE, Alaska | Brushing aside the criticisms of pundits and politicos, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said she plans to jump immediately back into the national political fray stumping for conservative issues and even Democrats after she prematurely vacates her elected post at month's end.
The former Republican vice-presidential nominee and heroine to much of the GOP's base said in an interview she views the electorate as embattled and fatigued by nonstop partisanship, and she is eager to campaign for Republicans, independents and even Democrats who share her values on limited government, strong defense and "energy independence."
"I will go around the country on behalf of candidates who believe in the right things, regardless of their party label or affiliation," she said over lunch in her downtown office, 40 miles from her now-famous hometown of Wasilla population 7,000 where she began her political career.

I’d be shocked if there would be even a local rat in the south that would want Palin to campaign for him. It’s be like a Republican asking for Teddy Kennedy’s help.
One day I’d lake to ask a democrat who claims to be a conservative why he/she isn’t a Republican.
Possible Answers
1)”Democrats always win around here so....” only a very honest one would admit that. In this case it means he cares mostly about the power/trappings of office.
2)”Um my grandpa campaigned with FDR, we’ve always been Democrats...uh....I was born a Democrat....Uhhh”
(moron, it’s like a religion to him, never mind he doesn’t really like the tenets)
3)”Tax cuts for the rich and a war for oil creating a huge deficit is not “conservative”.
This person would be deflecting, co-opting and changing the meaning of conservative, he’s not a conservative himself. They do this all the time on fiscal issues, never mind that their Obama is the process of making Bush’s spending look paltry. They often insist that tax cuts are a form of “spending”.
4)”Republicans are mean to my corrupt buddies in big labor”.
Revealed under torture, this is a likely answer for many. Few rats stand up to the unions. They are the most powerful interest bloc to the democrats. Hardcore unionists are usually Democrats even if they’re otherwise conservative.
I’ll agree to disagree with you.
I find that agreeable enough. ;-D
hahaha! :^D
