ANCHORAGE, Alaska | Brushing aside the criticisms of pundits and politicos, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said she plans to jump immediately back into the national political fray stumping for conservative issues and even Democrats after she prematurely vacates her elected post at month's end.
The former Republican vice-presidential nominee and heroine to much of the GOP's base said in an interview she views the electorate as embattled and fatigued by nonstop partisanship, and she is eager to campaign for Republicans, independents and even Democrats who share her values on limited government, strong defense and "energy independence."
"I will go around the country on behalf of candidates who believe in the right things, regardless of their party label or affiliation," she said over lunch in her downtown office, 40 miles from her now-famous hometown of Wasilla population 7,000 where she began her political career.

Tells me all. You haven't been paying attention. You obviously missed all the Romney-bots attacking her. Latest case: the head of ACU, a RINO who endorsed Romney and donated to liberal Arlen Specter.
Palin-bashing CPAC/ACU Chair donated $2,000 to Arlen Specter, endorsed Romney
THAT’S GOOD.
where is the sarcasm tag?
give me a conservative I don’t care what party.
That is about as solid a position as hers...
If she does that, she’s way off my list and there is no way I would support her. Then it would be all about her and not the cause. Third party efforts are destructive. I do not believe she will do that. She’s not that stupid or egotistical.
“Okay, prove to me by his voting record hes conservative. I doubt he is, but Im willing to be proved wrong. Most of them talk well when campaigning and then vote as lib as they can get away with.”

Look it up yourself. Have fun.
Obviously more solid than your reading and attention skills.
You didn't try to familiarize yourself with her politics for what... 9 months? And now you can't even read an article?
As I said... not my problem.
I have a "Sarah shrine" - it's all that remains since the restraining order was issued....but that's another story.
Cool.
The only ones that would have a problm with this are those that are more about the GOP than they are conservatism. I don’t give a damn what party a person signs on to, so long as they govern and vote conservative. IF the Democrat does that, she should support them. Same goes for the Republicans. IF they can be counted on, then support them. If not, don’t campaign for them.
But so far as I can tell she doesn’t owe the Republican Party a damn thing. Not after the way they’ve treated her. She only owes conservatives who have had her back. And conservatives wants conservatives in office. Period.
Excellent move. Excellent tactic.

I agree.
I agree about all those with the exception of Steele.
Come on. This is ridiculous. Maybe we're not watching the same thing but I have never heard one Republican praise Obama. Where are you coming up with this stuff? You have a real chip on your shoulder.
As a matter of fact, this is an outright lie. I'm telling you to pay attention to the work congressional Republicans are doing. This kind of talk is unfair. I feel sorry for the congressional Republicans. It doesn't matter how hard they work and how good they do it, they still continue to do their work in spite of the fact they are despised and not given the proper thanks and support.
I’m for you Sarah!! Do your best... and leave the rest to the honest voters!!
“Why is this guy a Democrat??”
You don't get out much, do you?
Exhibit A, counterexample:
"Im very proud of my president..."

Shall I continue with more counter-examples?
THANK YOU. She was still trying to save that all Republicans have all been against Obama. Most of them have praised him, let’s see how many of them vote for Obama’s Universal Health care and vote Sotomayor in
"I want to support this president. I want him to succeed."
U.S. Sen. John McCain, RINO-Ariz., about Obama, on 2009-04-02 (source)
Or Exhibit C, quote 1:
"I admire Senator Obama and his accomplishments and I will respect him."

Or Exhibit C, quote 2:
"I want to be president of the United States, and I don't want Obama to be. But I have to tell you, I have to tell you, he is a decent person, and a person that you do not have to be scared as President of the United States."
