Cook v Good et al
I will post the pleadings, but the case filed on behalf of Major Cook, states that he is being deployed to Afghanistan and he is seeking a TRO (it is like a stay) of his deployment until Obama’s legitimacy (eligibility ) for presidency is ascertained. The judge is Federal District Judge for the middle district of GA -Clay D. Land.

Defendants in this case are the supervising officers Col Wanda Good (hence the name of the case Cook v Good), Col Macdonald, in their capacity as commanding officers, Dr. Gates in his capacity of the Secretary of Defence and Barack Hussein Obama-de facto president of the United states.
Officer Cook is not only a highly decorated officer, being on staff of the Southern Command, he is also a family man, a father of a 16 y.o. and a highly educated professonal with the degrees in Economics, Business and Management.
His grave concern is about soldiers under his command, all US officers and enlisted and about our children- what future will they have, when the person sitting in the White House as the commander in chief, is consealing all his vital records, spends over a million dollars to seal an otiginal birth certificate, that costs $12 to produce, who has multiple social security numbers in National databases and statements of experts, showing multiple signs of forgery in his Certification of live birth and selective service sertificate.

Major Cook is an honorable American — whereas our political “leaders” do not have the courage to question Obama’s eligibility for the position he holds, this military man puts his career on the line to get to the truth.
I forgot, he does not have to worry about being reelected.
What would they do with a lying pretender of the highest office in the nation? The reason I am asking the question is that this country has never found itself in this situation before.
Also, what will happen to those who knew the truth but hid it from the American people?
Well, it’s a felony to forge a government document such as the COLB. So logic tells me that those who covered up the crime could get busted too.

This noble soldier is performing the career equivalent of throwing himself on a hand grenade to save his comrades.
This man is a field grade officer who may soon be facing a direct order to deploy to Afghanistan. If he refuses then the Army will be required to court-martial him. At that point he should be entitled to all the mechanisms of discovery, particularly the relevant documents that would prove or disprove this usurper’s constitutional eligibility so that he might be able to mount a proper defense.
I suspect that the Louse in the White House will then exert improper command influence to get the case dropped. He can’t afford to have discovery for any reason.
I remember one Lieutenant Watanabe who refused to deploy to Iraq and the mainstream media endlessly speculated as to whether or not he was justified by refusing to follow lawful orders to deploy. We just know those rotten bastards won’t have any interest in this case whatsoever. But the truth will out no matter what the SOB’s try to do.
Major Cook is doing the correct action. As when we took the oath we swore to uphold the constitution that means questioning the authority of those we believe unconstitutionally giving orders. If you read the brief every officer in the military is responsible for this same action as duty to country and subordinates as officers lead our forces into combat under Geneva Convention guidelines. The following of a illegal order if captured nullifies this.
Time to put this usurper in jail, try him for treason and not impeachment as that is only an honorable move for those eligibly elected. This man is a fraud and a criminal squatting in our white house.

I am in awe of this man when I compare him with his CIC. And to think that all this is happening for the sake of a simple paper document — Obama’s BC. The more I hear about this case, the more I am convinced that we have an imposter in the WH who is able to maintain that position because he is being protected by a large number of politicians. The country is being held hostage by a conspiracy.
I pray to God that we will get to the bottom of this mess, someday.
