The hospital in Hawaii where Barack Obama claims he was born refuses to produce any documentation without permission of the president himself.
The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu has posted on its website a letter on White House stationary dated Jan. 24 in which Obama wrote, "As a beneficiary of the excellence of Kapi'olani Medical Center the place of my birth I am pleased to add my voice to your chorus of supporters."
Kristy Watanabe, the public relations specialist for the hospital refused to confirm or deny the veracity of Obama's letter claiming he was born at the hospital.
"Our comment to everyone who has been calling is that federal law does not permit us to provide any more details concerning information [about Obama's birth] without authorization from Mr. Obama," Watanabe told WND.

It's not automatic.
Some Criminals Using HIPAA Laws to Hide from Authorities
IMO, Obama also falls under this category.
I never figured that Official Illinois would cough up anything, but just mentioned it as one more place where a copy The Messiah's birth certificate might be found, and could, although I'd not be holding my breath waiting, be leaked from.
Did you have to provide a copy of your birth certificate in order to enroll?
Shoot I had to have a physical before I could enroll in a state school in 1968, so I'm pretty sure they needed a birth certificate as well. Also some proof my parents were residents of the state, since in state tuition was cheaper, a lot, but required proof of the parents residency, or proof that the student was a resident and self supporting for an entire year prior to enrolling and/or attending. (State Supreme Court eventually struck that down, saying that the state couldn't have one test for instate tuition and another for everything else that required residency in the state.)
Not that we had many out of state students, other than foreign students and athletes. In some sports not even many of those.
Big Birther Bump!!!!
I never thought or wrote that Official Illinois would be forthcoming. But I mentioned it as one more place where there might be a copy of the BC that could leak out..not that I’d be holding my breath. If they had it, they probably lost it in a fire in the records room. Or a flood washed it out into Lake Michigan, sort of like all my guns.
Oops thought I’d not hit post on the earlier reply, I guess that was a different posting.
I thought the privacy law handled the rights of a deceased patient who was a patient back in the 1960s---nearly 50 years ago--- like Stanley Ann Dunham, differently than it did with a living former patient, like President Obama.
1. My point is this: As I understand the privacy law, if a reporter walked into Kapiolani hospital and asked if a Stanley Anne Dunham/Obama was a patient on Aug. 4, 1961, the hospital had to legally respond to the reporter with a yes or no.
2. For instance, if I was in the hospital today, and, for some unknown reason, a reporter wanted to find out if I was a patient at the hospital, the reporter could walk into the hospital and ask if a "mirse" was listed on the patient list.
3. As I understand the privacy law, as long as I did not specifically ordered the hosptital to keep my name off of the list or ordered the hospital to not tell anyone I was in the hospital, the hospital had to legally tell the reporter that I was a patient at the hospital.
4. Again, the hospital could not reveal any medical information concerning one Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama, but it is required by law---as I understand it---to say whether or not a Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama was listed as a patient on Aug.4, 1961.
5. Reporters and Lawyers: I bet some good reporters and some good lawyers could put enough pressure on Kapiolani hospital so that Kapiolani would officially have to tell the public if a Stanley Ann Dunham or a Stanley Ann Obama or a Stanley Dunham or a Stanley Obama---the request to the hospital has to specific as to the patient's name--- was or was not ever a patient on Aug.4, 1961, the day Obama claims he was born in Hawaii.
The actual secret reason hussein is trying to hide where it was born, is that hussein was not born in hawaii at all and not to American’s by any stretch of the imagination! True Americans take care of their own. This imposter hussein is just another communist plant! True Americans are waking up to this conspiracy and faster than a speeding bullet.
Has BHO ever signed his name as Barack Obama II ??
Someone in conservative circles with a lot of money should offer the hospital staff there a million or two for a certified copy of whatever BC documents zero has there.
1. Remember this: It is NOT Barack Obama who we need to find information about concerning Aug. 4, 1961, the day Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii.
2. Rather, it is HIS mother Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama.
3. My point is this:I believe that Kapiolani hospital officials are very clever indeed, for this reason: By continously focusing over and over again the issue on whether or not a Barack Obama was ever a patient at the hospital, Kapiolani hospital distracts reporters and the public from the REAL issue: Whether or not a Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama was a patient on Aug.4, 1961---the day Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii That is, in my opinion, by hiding behind Barack Obama, it can distract reporters and the public from the real person we want to know about: Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham.
4. My point is this: I don't see how Kapiolani can legally DENY a reporter's request or a lawyer's request for information concerning a Stanley Ann Dunham---or any variation of that name--who may have been a patient at the hospital about 50 years ago, even if it can continually say over and over again---and hide behind federal privacy laws---that it cannot reveal information about one Barack Obama from 50 years ago.
5. NOTE: I don't understand how President Obama can legally stop Kapiolani hospital from officially telling the public if a Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama was a patient on Aug.4,1961. If anyone can help me with this, I would appreciate it.
6. Again, our investigation must not be distracted or misguided by trying to find out information on patient Barack back in Aug. 4,1961. That is what the Obama camp happily wants us to waste our resources and energy on.
7. Rather, we should re-focus our energy and resources on putting continuous pressure on Kapiolani to tell us whether or not a Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama was ever a patient there on Aug.4, 1961, the day Obama claims that he was born in Hawaii.
1. On the one hand, Obama, in a public letter, states that he was born at Kapiolani hospital. (Note: I read the letter many weeks ago.)
2. While, on the other hand, Obama won't give Kapiolani hospital permission to publicly verify what Obama said in his letter: That Kapiolani was his birth hospital.
3. If the above is true, then I say Obama is one tricky person who I dislike more and more each day.
My comment, friend, was not in any way in disagreement with you. Rather it was a comment on the way WND framed their article.
Interesting.....after all this time, I never thought about going after Stanely Ann Dunham’s medical records. You may be on to something.
It was a long time ago but I don’t think I needed to supply a BC to enroll at Oxy. If they wanted to check my identity they would have asked for my drivers license.
It might have been necessary to supply copies of the visa or passport for foreign students. That would make sense since they would not want someone enrolling who was an illegal. They might have his passport copy or visa documents on file.
Hawaii however is not as proud.
If Barack Obama, Kenyan, was really born at the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, then doctors names, nurses, witnesses, friends, etc. would be “coming out of the woodwork” with info and stories. The paparazzi would be all over them........... There would be “a mile of evidence!”
Even then, his father was a Kenyan and mother had not been in the States for 5 consecutive years. Forged COLB?
