The latest issue of Vanity Fair isn't even on newsstands yet and it's already making headlines for a not-so-politely titled article, "It Came from Wasilla," about Gov. Sarah Palin.
William Kristol at the Weekly Standard is calling it a "hit piece," taking writer Todd Purdum to task for his "dubious claims." A blogger at the Atlantic writes that the article "paints a gruesome picture" of the governor. Politico's Jonathan Martin mulls the "political fallout from the very tough piece."

The more they go after her the more I stand with her. I would love to have 5 minutes with any of these asshats.

Amazing the vitriol that they have for her. I really believe that the pent up Bush Derangement Syndrome has found its outlet in Sarah Palin.
We know that these libs cannot survive without being angry at someone, and they are not going to focus their rage at the President. So, Palin it is I guess.

I am feeling a tad sorry for Dee Dee Myers that she married such a pathetic excuse for a human being.

Did you see what her attorney said?
I wonder if that will change the release of this article.

Sarah just made a game-changing move. This’ll upset the liberal hater’s agenda big time. She is no longer a sitting duck and they had counted on having her held captive in AK for another couple years.
Let’s see how bold they are when Sarah and her supporters are free to fight back.

I have not rad or seen the Vanity Fair article yet, but my hunch is it is filled with “unnamed sources”, or “other sources confirm, yada, yada, yada. Seems as if the folks who are saying bad things about Sarah Palin are afraid of her or do not exist except in the author's mind. I'll bet a nickel to a donut McCain's campaign manager Schmidt is the source of a lot of the drivel these clowns write as “fact”, instead of “alleged facts.” I'm sick of the whole MSM anyway, so it won't really matter much to me.
