Goddard proposed a classification system for mental retardation based on the Binet-Simon concept of mental age. I like to be positive and say that a big percentage of those are simply gullible, not idiots. Hopefully, with an actual track record, they won't be fooled by the affirmative action guy with a slick marketing campaign the second time around.
