Call it the U.S. Judiciary Full Employment Act of 2009.
To: InvisibleChurch
Of course not. Given that 0 is a ‘rat, no one will prosecute.

Q1: Yes
Q2: The economy would collapse causing an implosion of the social order. Civil war.

Nothing will happen.
No one will ever be required to submit a birth certificate for anything ever again, if that's what it takes to keep the Manchurian President in office.

It would be a big mess, but I can think of two legal theories. First is “apparent authority” and the other is the concept of voidability. If your teenager buys a car you can return it (even if it is wreaked) by refusing to ratify the contract signed by a minor. In other words the contract is voidable. His laws may be voidable. The other is that he was duly installed as President and therefore has apparent authority and we are held responsible for his actions until corrected. But the main point is that we are a long way from having to worry about that. Someone has to rule on the Birth issue.

If he is not, and cannot be, POTUS, then none of the laws passed by Congress have actually become Constitutionally-valid laws.

In a logical, sane world, all of his “laws” and executive orders would be struck down. But I’m not sure we have that kind of world these days.

Who will have the spine to remove him? Congress? No. Supreme Court? No. Military? Doubtful.
Will the people revolt? There is a greater chance that hell will freeze over than for that to happen.
Will the media clamor for his removal? Not in this world or the one thereafter.
The end result is that legitimate or not he stays and destroys the Nation.

Actually, any laws passed by Congress under an ineligible President WOULD be law. A President has the option of NOT signing bills which reach his desk, and they become law after 30 days if not _explicitly_ vetoed. If the President is deemed ineligible to hold that office, then any bill passed by Congress would become law 30 days after being passed as there was no President to veto them.
So, if O is NOT a citizen, hence not prez, then the laws he signed ARE valid - and so are the ones he vetoed.

Most likely outcome — a serious and difficult Constitutional Crisis — including a battle over succession (Biden probably has to go too because he was part of a tainted ticket, the electoral college vote is probably null)so you end up with President Pelosi? Probably the easiest way out is for there to be a bizarre, ad hoc amendment to the US Constitution resulting in the legitimization of the BHO Presidency (and therefore anything he signed) or a permanent repeal of the “natural born citizen” requirement... an unholy mess that will take many decades to resolve...

If we get off our butts, quit whining, and kick him out of office today like in Honduras, we will know the answer to that immediately.
Are we ready?

Has B. Hussein Obama done one solitary thing that is allowed by OUR Constitution?
If so, please cite an example.
