Courts say you can’t do that any more. We are far too progressive a society to execute people for violent sex acts against children.
This is why I oppose homosexual adoptions. Sadly - I expected this is how a lot of the adoptions end up. Black adopted boy? Where is Jesse Jackson or Sharpton?

I wonder if this was one of the Duke academics that signed a condemnation of the Duke Lacrosse players before any of them had even a second in a court of law to defend themselves. Perhaps a little Karma is happening here.
Nope. The issue will disappear. Homosexuals overwhelmingly vote democrat. The MSM probably won't even report it.

There is a lot of angst on this issue in the black community. Young black youth who are born to single mothers are the most vulnerable to homosexual activism. The lack of strong father figures and over protective or dominate mothers is not a good mix. I still haven’t figured why more effort hasn’t been made in general to use this as a real wedge issue. It isn’t being dishonest it is the truth and a disproportionate number of black children are being adopted by homosexuals. In the UK homosexuals are being favored over the grand parents because of the grand parents being considered “too old”. Boys 8-14 were left in the care of two gay men who were molesting them even though social workers had discovered that the men had taken pictures of the kids peeing and filmed the boys in suggestive poses in the shower. The social workers didn’t want to be thought of as homophobes or bigots so the kids were molested for years.
This is what we have to welcome and much worse because the micro level intimidation will be much worse. Let’s say a boy reacts angrily to a homosexual come on at school, he gets a trip to sensitivity training and the sexual extrovert gets a free pass, it will be even worse for girls who already today suffer greater pressure to experiment with lesbianism for the sake of male entertainment. If we do not get this genie back in the bottle we will be faced with a growing horror and we will have no way to combat it but keep silent. The gay activists fully intend to beat everyone into submission till ever town has its own gay parade or else. They fully intend to finish their attacks on boy scouts and religious schools. If we do not defend the line now there will not be one in a few years.
This also is not just about homosexuals, sexual bad behavior already costs society far more in disease and illegitimate births than almost any other behavior including smoking. Yet know one dares connect the dots.

That thought occurred to me when this story first broke and I checked it out. He was not one of the 88 faculty signatories.
