Limbaugh: God Does Not Have a Birth Certificate and Neither Does Obama (Libtards indignant!)

Rush Limbaugh continued his phony rant about President Obama having a messianic complex on his radio show today. Limbaugh stated that God and Obama do have something in common. Neither one of them have a birth certificate. Of course this isn’t true, and here are the links to prove it.

Limbaugh said, “A lot of people talk about Barack Obama and his messianic complex. He does have one thing in common with God. Barack Obama has one thing in common with God. Do you know what it is? God doesn’t have a birth certificate either…God does not have a birth certificate neither does Obama, not that we have seen.”

I can’t believe that Limbaugh has dug up this old and false rumor again. If you would like to see a copy of Obama’s birth certificate, you can find it here, at snopes.com In addition, whatreallyhappened .com has the birth announcements from Hawaii’s two major newspapers that Barack H. Obama and his wife had a son on August 4, 1961.

Unless some Democratic operative went back in time, created a false birth certificate then ran two fake birth announcements in the newspapers, the evidence shows that Obama was in fact born in the United States. Does anyone really think that Obama would have been allowed to run for any public office without having his citizenship verified?

Barack Obama’s birth certificate is readily available for view. It was released publicly by his campaign in order to put this rumor to rest. Limbaugh is lying and he knows it. By the way the only person who seems to be talking about Obama’s messianic complex is Rush Limbaugh.

Rush has been desperately trying for days, with no success, to attach Evan Thomas’ comments about Obama on Hardball last week to the president. The only messianic complex I see in this conversation belongs to Rush Limbaugh.

U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark's (1898) importance is that it is the first case decided by the Supreme Court that attempts to explain the meaning of "natural born citizen" under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution. Natural born citizen is similar to the meaning of what a natural born subject is under Common Law in England. That is one of the reasons why the framers specifically included a grandfather clause (natural born Citizen OR a Citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution). The founding fathers knew that in order to be president, they had to grandfather themselves in because they were British subjects. If they didn't, they could not be President of the U.S. The holding in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark states that Wong Kim Ark is a native born citizen. If you look at the fact of Wong Kim Ark being born in San Francisco, CA, of Chinese parents, that holding is correct.

In U. S. v Wong Kim Ark, the court thoroughly discussed "natural born citizen," and in doing so, Justice Gray quoted directly from the holding in a prior Supreme Court case, Minor v. Happersett. The following passage is a quote from Minor as quoted by Justice Gray in Wong Kim Ark:

"'At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country, of parents [plural] who were its citizens [plural], became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natural-born citizens..."

Obama's Noelani Elementary School Kindergarten records, oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education, is the first in a series of "coincidences."

Although Obama has had a first-class education that spanned 25 years, there is only a single document that has ever been released, the application for entrance to the Franciscus Assisi Primary School -- and that document was discovered by independent investigators.

This is an important feature because Kindergarten records for original school entry would have contained the following:

1. Obama's REAL Birth Certificate.

2. An application with the following:

• His Legal name.

• Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
• Date of Birth
• Place of Birth
• Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)

It also is important for two additional reasons:

A. The Department of Education does not "lose" the records of one particular student. (So, who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)

B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide that could possibly "excuse" the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records. For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public his true life story.

This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?

This is the beginning of an intentionally erased life of a fraud and conman and it reeks of complicity by officials within the State of Hawaii’s Dept. of Health and Dept. of Education.

Obama didn't get his Indonesia citizenship by moving there. He gained his Indonesian citizenship by being adopted by Lolo Soetoro. Obama, therefore, had a responsibility, according to immigartion and naturalization law, to "reaffirm" his citizenship.

The language is that after attaining the age of 18, the child must "affirm" his citizenship, and there is a six-month window after the 18th birthday where this affirmation must occur.

So, the question becomes, did Obama "affirm" his American citizenship in 1979, while he was a student at Occidental College?

We know he was an Indonesian citizen because he attended Besuki Primary School, an Indonesian, state-operated school. Only citizens of Indonesia were permitted to attend state schools -- that's why Obama previously attended the expensive Franciscus Assisi Primary School.

Whether it's true or not is irrelevant.

In the law, that statement is an ADMISSION. It is an admission of fact that Obama would have to dispute in a court of law.

This is Obama saying that his birth certificate exists, that his grandmother had a copy, and that he's seen it.

So he knows what's on it, and whatever it is -- or isn't -- it's the reason he is fighting its release so ferociously.

Further, this provides motivation for Obama's emptying Madeline Dunham's apartment within hours of her death. He was looking for this document before it fell into the "wrong" hands.

Wrong. Truth is an absolute defense to any claim of defamation. If Obama brought such an action, and Rush defended on the grounds of truth, Obama would have to put up or shut up...one can not sue on those grounds and then claim that the subject of the suit, in this case the BC, is barred from examination due to reasons of National Security.

Had you seen this exchange between Sen. Leahy and Michael Chertoff regarding natural born citizenship? It relates to the discussion about whether McCain was eligible to run for President. From Leahy's site, Senators: McCain Is A ‘Natural Born Citizen’

I don’t believe that Rush waited to mention this because he was nervous about being sued, arrested, or anything else. Timing is EVERYTHING...you swing at a baseball too soon, strike, to late, foul ball...just the right time...Grand Slam.

I think it’s possible that Rush was waiting for just the right time to inflict the most political damage on Obama and the libtards. If Rush had come out with this any earlier, it would have been brushed off due to the Obama lovefest going on...but now that Obama is showing signs of weakness on some things and the White House is a little nervous that the American people may finally be beginning to see Obama for what he is...something like this, if it can gain some momentum just might be the chink in Obama’s armor that starts a full blown breakdown of his political defenses.

Rush is thinking longterm here...the goal would not only be to defeat Obama and get his butt removed fromt he White House...but to lay the groundwork for removing Pelosi, Reid, Murtha and the rest of the crooks basking under Obama’s protection right now. Heck, perhaps this could lay foundation for years of conservative victory.
