Rush has now accused Barry Soetoro of something that if Soetoro sues over it could break Rush to bankruptcy if Rush is wrong!

Obama won't ever sue Rush.

As a defendant in a suit, Rush would have "standing."

Rush, via the courts, could force Obama to release his vault-copy birth certificate and passport, education and medical records.

Obama would never give Rush such a gift.

You’re wrong. Obama can sue Rush and claim that releasing his Original Birth certificate and school records are protected by law because their release would pose a threat to the National security.

At which point Obama’s lawyers would mumble something about the Internet, chat rooms,and twitters, and the judge would shake his head in agreement.

No, he won't. Rush was merely rattling Obama's cage. Neither Obama or his administration will respond since it would bring more attention to the matter.
