I am assuming Hannity asked Ann if, after Letterman's atrocious remarks about Palin's minor daughter being raped by A rod, if it was about families now, and Ann answered," Have you seen his wife!", meaning Letterman's wife. I think there was more to it than that but that is the gist of it. Ann turning the tables on the Rude and Crude, Letterman.
She loves me and I love her.
End of story.

But Hollywood is all about being perty. Ugly , mean, nasty Letterman ought to have his twisted private life dragged front and center after using his stage to go after a barely public figure like that.
What if Conan joked about Barney Frank sodomizing Letterman’s son? Would Dave think THAT was fun political humor at the expense of a family member? I hope not....

This is a good smackdown, but other posters on other threads have pointed out something closer to the point. Letterman didn’t marry her till his son was about 5. He wants to talk about somebody getting knocked up, joke about his wife.
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you Letterman.
Also, Letterman’s mother is a public figure. About ten years ago she helped cover the winter Olympics, and then wrote a book. It might help to complain to her about her son’s conduct. She lives not to far from me and I see her around. Usually I don’t speak to her for her privacy, but I’m thinking I should complain to her next time I see her about how he treats young girls.
Letterman should not be talking about any woman's looks.
I love her face. I think she has a sweet face. And I am surprised at our differences here on the forum regarding ugly -so many Freeps think she is-I can’t find the ugly. She looks like someone I might choose for a friend. Now...ask me about michelle the self infatuated would be fashionista!

yeah, teasing people about their looks is wrong. Unless it is Hillary and Old Crusty. Even there, it is kind of mean. Letterman’s wife is probably a heck of a nice and smart person. Screw the looks. beauty is only skin deep. What if Ann Coulter looked like Dave’s wife? Would she be any less a person?
