LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A judge has issued a gag order in the capital murder case against the man accused of killing one soldier and wounding another at a military recruiting office in Arkansas.

Maybe the prosecuting attorneys don’t want the ACLU whipping in there and crying that this guy can’t get a fair trial because there was so much publicity - oh, yeah, there wasn’t any. That’s ok, they can find another excuse. So maybe it’s not a bad idea for the police and court officials to stay mum until the trial.
This is in addition to the gag order the MSM has placed on the incident.

Thanks, you have it right. Undo publicity could and would be used by the Defense and the ACLU as preventing him from receiving the holy grail of a FAIR TRIAL. The JURY would have unduly prejudiced before the trial.
The ACLU would have appealed the conviction of Hitler, because of the overwhelming weight of pre-trial publicity that poisoned the jury.
I think it’s more that he’s an african-AMERICAN Muslim that attacked our military on our own soil.
Don’t want anyone looking askance at “Black Muslims” in America. After all, this is what the “Civilian Defense Corps” will be formed from.
No gag order on the Tiller case? Are they free to feed the media whatever they want so the presstitutes can short-stroke that one all over the place (and they are)? But can’t talk about this case, doesn’t fit the pattern, you see.
