I can’t fault the judge in this case. Remember Mike Nifong? Whoever raises the issue of Scott Roeder should keep in mind that Roeder is in Kansas and Carlos Bledsoe (aka Abdulhakim Muhammad) is in Arkansas. “They” are not them. The two jurisditcions have nothing to do with each other.

The Arkansas judge is acting properly. The Kansas judge may not be acting properly, but a gag order only applies to the people directly involved in the trial. It does not apply to the morons at ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, etc. It may be that the lawyers and others in the Roeder case are acting properly and the judge sees no need to issue the order.
