Oh I think they will go for the maximum charge, especially after seeing Obama’s statement.
Tiller specialized in late term abortions that most abortionists won’t perform. I also assume that if there are fewer late term abortions performed, there will also be fewer earlier term abortions performed. Did not think that needed to be stated because it is so obvious.
I look at it this way:
Tomorrow morning he will not go to work. He will not kill a single child. I rejoice.

As someone noted earlier, it’s probably just that charges will be filed in a different county, and he’s not yet in the custody of that county, or they just aren’t ready to release a public statement yet.
Once you have a suspect in custody, standard procedure is going to be to secure him, see whether you can get information out of him, etc. Releasing a statement publicly identifying the suspect is not priority one.

I love how those that are defending this act, don’t really discuss its broader impacts on the pro-life movement - as if that doens’t matter! It matters GREATLY.
$5 will get your $10 that this has nothing to do with abortion, this is a double whammy that was set up by the left to capitalize on gun control. Why are they not identifying the shooter? Something is up while Obamas lawyers set up his defense,,,wait and see.
And the nasty guns will get the flack again....ponder on this for a while.
They could go for the max charge and not include the lesser included crimes of second degree murder and voluntary manslaughter. Voluntary manslaughter is a slam dunk. They won’t even try first degree murder because they would never get a conviction. Second degree murder is a real stretch.
Prosecutor will be pressured to go for first or second degree murder even if the appropriate charge is voluntary manslaughter.
This presents a real problem for the prosecutor and I don’t envy him. The right thing to do is plead it out on voluntary manslaughter and leave the sentence in the hands of the judge.

Sorry, it’s not ‘political speech’, in the derogatory sense you use it, it’s Constitution and Scripture speech, and it’s logical and effective as well.

It has had no affect on abortion. I'm sure it makes you feel as though you are doing something, but you are not.
Abortion is the law of the land and it's not going away by talking it to death.
Using violence to achieve a political goal is actually a pretty good definition of terrorism.
