Fox news (Bret Bair) Just reported on the petition for BHO birth Certificate. Commented on the BC posted on the web and the questions regarding it. Reported 400,000 names on petition and had the WH newspersons comments.

I don't see why putting the B.C. out would be any violation.

I formerly had a Top Secret security clearance. A government document has to be classified or a privacy concern before there are laws pertaining to its use and dissemination.

I could throw up a URL of my birth certificate online and nobody would or could charge me with any crime.

I might make myself more vulnerable to identity fraud, but I don't think many people are going to try identity fraud using the name “Barrack Hussein Obama”.

My point exactly. The originator of this thread tried to claim Gibbs admitted the B.C. was hiding some BIG secret, and said maybe it would be out after four years.

As I said, that didn’t even bear a passing resemblance to the truth.

It's a REQUIREMENT in the Constitution that the President elect submit his qualifications for the office of President BEFORE being allowed to take office.
