Violation?
It's a REQUIREMENT in the Constitution that the President elect submit his qualifications for the office of President BEFORE being allowed to take office.
Heres What We The People Can and SHOULD be Doing About This
I was asked if putting a B.C. out on the inter-net or disseminating it in other ways might be a violation of the sanctity of a government document.
It is not.
It is a requirement that the POTUS be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age, I have not read in the Constitution where or when the President is required to submit his qualifications or what they must entail (long form certificate of live birth, birth certificate, newspaper announcement, your say so, etc).
It is a requirement in the Constitution that in order to be President the person must be qualified by age and circumstances of birth. The Constitution is silent on how we are to verify it, and we the people have no clear process in place to verify that a candidate is indeed qualified. Some states have a process, but seems they don’t actually make candidates for President follow their process- many states seem to have no process and it seems there is no clear cut national laws/rules for a candidate to prove to anyone they are indeed qualified. The really strange part to me is that according to court rulings, it seems so far no one has standing to make a candidate prove their qualifications.
I wish the Constitution said the President elect had to submit their qualifications to some named person or entity- it would be harder for this one to weasel out of that.
