Sonia Sotomayor—HolyO’s Harriet Miers!! LOL!
I figure this will last until Friday, then she’ll ‘voluntarily’ withdraw her name from consideration due to ‘family obligations’—thus handing HolyO his first defeat in nominating a SCOTUS justice, LOL!!
Total meltdown by all parties involved in 3...2...1...

While Judge Sotomayor deserves a fair and impartial hearing, Supreme Court justices should be nominated for their thorough knowledge of and adherence to the Constitution and the rule of law, The liberals line of crap is that the Constitution is a fluid document, thus there is really nothing to adhere to. It says whatever you think it should.

OT, but both the Libertarian Party and the Constitution Party claim to be the third largest political party in the U.S. Who is telling the truth, and what exactly are they going by to get to their claim of being the third largest political party in the U.S.?

She and Obama seem to agree with a lot of liberatian positions though, so it is a mixed bag for the Libertarians.
Libertarian Party Platform:
Throw open the borders completely; only a rare individual (terrorist, disease carrier etc.) can be kept from freedom of movement through political borders.
Homosexuals; total freedom in the military, gay marriage, adoption, child custody and everything else.
Abortion; zero restrictions or impediments.
Pornography; no restraint, no restrictions.
Drugs; Meth, Heroin, Crack, anything new that science can come up with, zero restrictions.
Advertising drugs, prostitution, pornography; zero restrictions.
Military Strength; minimal capabilities.

It is troubling that Obama, who won the highest elected office in the world without racial preferences, would nominate someone who openly admits the government should racially discriminate against its own citizens to serve the needs of political correctness, said Redpath. I thought Obama won precisely BECAUSE he is black....not despite being black.

This might all be a set-up. The False Messiah knows this lady is a moron and a disgrace to the bench and can be (with enough opposition) defeated, he can then use her defeat to bludgeon Republicans with being both anti-Hispanic and anti-female, and then he’ll put up his true choice for the bench who will be even more dangerous.

While Judge Sotomayor deserves a fair and impartial hearing, Supreme Court justices should be nominated for their thorough knowledge of and adherence to the Constitution and the rule of law, said William Redpath, Libertarian National Committee Chairman. As the National Committee Chairman of America's Independent Party, the third largest party in America based on voter registration, I concur heartily in this statement from my Libertarian counterpart.
