EXCLUSIVE: Four New York City men were arrested Wednesday in connection with an alleged plot to blow up New York City synagogues and other city locations, WNBC's Jonathan Dienst has learned.
Raids by the FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorist Task Force in the Bronx captured the suspected ringleader and three followers in what law enforcement sources are calling a homegrown terrorist plot.
Investigators stress the suspects' meetings had been infiltrated early on and there was "no chance" the alleged plot could succeed.
Investigators said several of the suspects are Muslims who allegedly talked about destroying two Jewish temples, including at least one in the Riverdale section of the Bronx.
The men ordered and accepted delivery of materials they believed were bomb-making ingredients, authorities said. But investigators said they made sure the materials the suspects received were inert. Officials tell WNBC they moved in now so the alleged plot could not progress any further.
The four men are in custody and are expected to be arraigned Thursday in White Plains federal court on terrorism-related counts.

Most of these sorts of plots aren’t cooked up by Jews or Christians. In addition to the plots themselves, what people on FR object to is the media malpractice of typically leaving out that salient little detail in their descriptions of these perps. Some of today’s articles have mentioned it, others have bent over backward to camoflage that fact.
I’d think the muslim community would be eager to confront and challenge this radicalism publically if they are such a “peaceful” religion as has been stated time and time and time again.
But what we’re likely to see is CAIR throwing a fit about these plotters being “targeted because they’re muslims”.
Americans across the country are getting sick and tired of being bashed by CAIR and their thugs too, mister.

Another report said three of the suspects are ‘radicalized recent converts to Islam’. So, the 4th is an Episcopalian?

Apparently, in this case, the Muslim community did. A Muslim was an FBI informant for a year, helping build the case against these jackasses
I am sure they got this information by “talking” to them and treating them like our equal and telling them our new President understands Muslims because he is like you.
I am sure that made them feel special and then that made them feel guilty and they just confessed what they were doing.
