I kind of like the thought of Cheney returning as veep. A lot of dims would tear themselves in two like Rumplestiltsin.

Cheney without the Bush is best.

Nope.

No more Bushes.
No more Kennedys.
No more Clintons.
Or anyone else within their ‘circle of influence.’

Enough!

Leave Mr. Cheney alone and let the man fly-fish and enjoy his grandkids. He’s MORE than earned it. :)

Sarah Palin of Alaska has, for a variety of reasons, not all of them entirely fair, become a national punchline.”

******

Only amongst the chattering classes and the hard left, and they won’t decide the nominee.

Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska has, for a variety of reasons, not all of them entirely fair, become a national punchline. My guess is that Republican primary voters won’t bite...

Salam is in for a little surprise...

BTW what part of the smearing of Palin does he consider "fair" and "deserved".

He who governs least governs best.

Cheney for Veep (for military/defense issues).

I haven’t seen anyone come out wanting to slash pork and corruption as much as Palin.

So Palin/Cheney, IMHO

Sarah Palin is only a national punchline in the minds of mine numbed robots.

I like her and will continue to support her.

At Cheney's stage in life and with his health issues, that ain't gonna happen.

Jeb Bush is terrific. He did a great job in Florida and was very popular there. Jeb doesn't waffle on conservative principles like his brother and he can actually explain why conservative ideas are better than liberal. If only he had a different brother and last name, he'd be at the top of most lists.

If I see another Bush related to our former presidents, on the Republican ticket in my lifetime, I will change parties and never come back.

>>The missing candidate, then, is Jeb Bush, a successful two-term governor of a big swing state with sterling conservative credentials, a record of appealing to Latino voters, and the raw brainpower and rhetorical skill<<

No.
