It’s time to take the tea party movement directly to Washington, D.C. Please join thousands of local organizers and grassroots Americans from across the country as we gather in our nation’s capital to deliver a message to the politicians: Enough!
We’ve had enough of the out of control spending, the bailouts, the growth of big government and the soaring deficits. And we reject the future tax increases to pay for all of this spending and debt down the road. We are gathering on 9-12-2009 to deliver our message in person that we’ve had enough!
This movement is growing by leaps and bounds and the msm will have a HARD time trying to figure it out.

Have just finished watching season II of The Wire. The Dockworker Boss said something sincere and interesting for US. Not verbatim but as I remember. He says: “What has happened to us? We used to make things, we used to build things. Now money just changes from pocket to pocket.”
And that is exactly what I think of the Stock Market and this government.

1. We have the weapon: (the Constitution) to WIN this battle right now.
2. We have the issue: (the eligibility of the usurper).
3. We have the standing: (ANY state or national level senator or representative who all are duty bound to "support" the Constitution in their oaths of office in Article six) to force this issue into the courts.
"” The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”
The twentieth amendment, section three REQUIRES that the President Elect "qualify" for the office of President BEFORE being allowed to assume the office of President.
"3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
If Obama is legal, show us where he has "qualified". We the people have a right to know whether or not the person presuming to be our president is in fact legally doing so. If this "qualification" did not take place, he is not President at all and in fact this nation has no current President.
We need to start pressing legal charges against all of our local representatives and senators covered by the oath of office in Article six for disobeying their oaths to support the Constitution as it pertains to the language of section three of the Twentieth amendment. If they are ignoring or failing to enforce the Constitution then they are NOT supporting it. The Constitution is the law, no judge can deny them standing to obey the very oath of office demanded of them in the Constitution itself. Put PRESSURE on them to represent the document that gives them their authority in the first place. We are looking into how best to do this down here. We all should be looking into this approach. NOW.
If we no longer have a Constitution, it's time for this case to expose that fact once and for all.

We are moving forward on our rally in Washington D C.
We are working non stop in preparations for this historical event to be held Sept 12-13 2009 at the Lincoln Memorial Reflections pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
As for the time, The million man march that took place a few years age took over 2 years to organize, we are trying to push this through as fast as we can.
To protest in DC you have to have a permit and have approval to use a certain piece of land.
We called ahead of filing for these things. September 12 &13 were the next available days they had.
The other organization, resistnet.com, which was putting together a march for May 30, didn’t do this so they were refused their permit. Now they are joining with our group. So, we are doing this absolutely as soon we can.
To have a successful march takes time and organization.
Why are we protesting ?
1. To get the attention of the mainstream media.
2. To demand That Obama Provide proof that he is eligible to be president.
3. To demand that Congress and the Supreme court uphold our constitution.
4. To inform the public on the issue of Obama’s ineligibility to be president of the USA.
5. To demand that they can not take our constitutional rights away.
PRESIDENT OBAMA, WE DEMAND THAT YOU BE TRANSPARENT NOW
We will come together in a peaceful rally.
We are proud Americans who fear that we are losing the America we all know and love.
The America where millions have served in our military sacrificing their lives so that we remain free.

We are planning to attend unless we are out of the country at that time, but as of now, we are going. We don’t have to worry about hotels, etc. we are staying with friends that are going.

Do not set foot on federal territory, e.g., DC. You will be under federal jurisdiction and won’t get close to your reps there. You will have weapons drawn down on you on federal territory. Know that if you go there.

Gotta help us understand the organization of this...we want to do this right and not have it end up being only 20k people. If the march doesn’t make Hannity’s show, Savage, Rush, Beck, than it isn’t gonna make it. Have you presented to these guys yet? I hope it’s “been deemed worthy” of their attention enough that they can put their collective egos aside and agree on something like this to all collectively back it. Thoughts?
