It's time to take our country back! Let's speak out against the out-of-control tax and spend policies of Congress and the White House. Let's defeat those running government who would call our veterans and conservatives "right-wing extremists."
From August 28th to September 12th the "Tea Party Express" bus will tour the country, hosting tea party rallies across America. Find the tea party nearest you and join our efforts to boot out of office some of the worst offenders in government. With your help well clean house in the upcoming congressional elections!
Join the TEA Party Express!!
See you at a TEA Party in your city, then in DC on 09.12.09!!
BUMPIN’ Tea Party Express!
The poster art dismays and disappoints me. I do not want to be associated with a movement that brands itself with the leftist iconic clenched fist, a symbol of tyranny. It would have been much better to have symbols of liberty rather than oppression — Liberty trees, pitchforks, Gadsden flags, tar & feathers, tax collectors being run out of town on rails.
Plus also check periodically the Keyword Teapartyexpress.
Taxpayer March on DC 09.12.09!!
I have promised my kids an extended “field trip” to D.C. for months now. I guess it’s time I make good on those promises.
Those are excellent ideas!
But the clenched fist doesn't belong to leftists, commies and anti-American groups.
Man people are fed up with the over taxing and wasting of our hard earned money and are shaking their fists at the congress and current administration demanding that they be accountable.
Maybe you or someone else can make graphics of the kind you describe.
I've seen signs and flags like what you describe at tea parties, etc.

No Express in the Southeast :(
Sounds like a great oppotunity to organize a caravan!
I’m looking forward to the tea party express in Hartford 9/11. It’s a very appropriate date to reassert our Constitutional rights against tyranny. I do agree with ProtectOurFreedom to change the symbol. I had the same first impression it appears to be a leftist icon.
Like for it to come SC.
D.C. Chapter Master Ping List
So Carolina could use some help too, but unfortunately it's not on the route this time.
Don't tread on me!!
Now that’s more like it!
None in the Southeast? We need to fix that.
Hey, Jim, is this a virtual Bus or a Real Bus? If it is Real — I’ll call tomorrow and get the doggie boarded for 2 weeks. BTW Missing a big constituency in Orange County and San Diego — but I imagine you’ll get lot’s of re-routing suggestions between now and then (smile) Good Post.
