WASHINGTON - A large federal security operation is in place to keep tabs on several Guantanamo Bay inmates who may soon be released in Virginia, the Daily News has learned.
A half-dozen ethnic Chinese detainees known as Uyghurs will be flown by marshals from the U.S. naval base in Cuba to live in the Washington suburbs if lingering legal, logistical and political problems are ironed out, government officials said Thursday.
Some lawmakers and counter-terror officials worry about terrorists living next door. Northern Virginia was chosen because it has an Uyghur Muslim community that could help the ex-prisoners adjust.

Our public servants now classify these guys as "detainees," but not as enemy combatants. Even though they were picked up at an al-qaeda training camp.
The latest lame excuse I read is that there is no evidence that they want to commit terrorism against the U.S. ... their target is China.
That sounds like the definition of a terrorist to me. China agrees with me. It considers them terrorists and wants them back to put them on trial.

So, what kind of qualifications are their “tails” going to have? I hope they’re CIA or something. They seem to be the only gov’t agency with enough backbone to stand up to this current President.
Maybe the Mossad or something would be willing to um, “track” these Muslim TERRORISTS, too — just as a favor to us Americans that will always support Israel? Please?
