Maybe they improved since then; it’s been about 7 or 8 years, but I tend to carry grudges when it comes to somebody screwing my stomach.
Too many other places to eat, rather than go back and ‘give them one more chance’ after three in a row.
We ate KFC chicken since the days long Colonel Saunders sold the company. That was back in the days when Arbies didn’t use so much tenderizer as to turn the ‘roast beef’ into a gristle filled beef flavored gummy paste.

My neighbor toss down a piece of that for my German Shepherd once...The dog just sniffed it and walked away... What a very smart dog!

And don't tell me that the KFC workers are taking baths in the kitchen sink. Well, now that you mention it...

Publix has a really good fried chicken.
Gosh, I'm so hungry. Wish I had some of that chicken now instead of my Fat Free saltines. Gaggo.

True story:
My dad did not like mustard greens, said nobody could stand to eat them. Mom tried to tell him that he was the one with the problem, that the mustard greens were just fine.
At the time, the mid ‘50s, we lived in the country and had a Belgian Shepherd dog whose diet was dinner scraps from the table. Dad put his own uneaten mustard greens in the dog’s bowl one evening along with the rest of the scraps.
That dog ate absolutely everything in the bowl EXCEPT the mustard greens. Mom and dad never had that argument again. And I don’t recall her fixing mustard greens after that.

The dog is human. She won’t even do her thing in the yard if anyone is looking.

This happened at Popeye’s also. Apparently poor people think restaurants exist to give them free food. Wonder where they got that idea?
To: libertarian27
And when they run out on Mother’s Day, there will be a deluge of calls to 911.
“What is your problem, Ma’am?”
“I here at the ‘Tucky Fry Chicken, and dey say they ain’t got no mo’! I promise my Mama some a dat fry chickens for her big day.”

Exactly. “Poor” people in the US would be middle class anywhere else in the world, wealthy in some parts. They are lucky and ungrateful at the same time.

I never eat fast food, but I read several good reviews about KFC’s grilled chicken and wanted to try it. It’s really, really good. And no, I didn’t use a coupon!
