If I could connect to the server I’d be logged in automatically, but I can’t get that far

Free Dominion and Mark and Connie Fournier along with several contributors to the site are the subject of defamation lawsuits by human rights lawyer Richard Warman and political activist Warren Kinsella. In March 2009 the Fourniers were ordered by an Ontario Superior Court judge to turn over information about eight anonymous posters to the site in relation to the Warman lawsuit and to pay $5,000 in court costs to the plaintiff. The Fourniers have indicated that they will likely comply with the ruling rather than appeal.[6] In early 2008, the website was sold to Liberty News Service in Panama. Or Network problems in Panama!

I believe the Fourniers were supposed to be in court Wed. over their appeal on the Warman lawsuit ruling, but can’t find anything else about it.

They posted on Thurs that they felt it went very well for them on Wed, and expected a ruling very quickly. That’s the last I heard before FD went dark.

Not sure if I’m happy or sad. Sad because I can’t log on or happy because for once this week it’s not my system that has the problem

Seems there is a server / router in Panama that has fried and is not accepting incoming traffic.

Rogers had a massive crash Friday night; I thought it might have something to do with that, as I have not been able to connect after that. I am somewhat relieved to hear that it is universal, this time anyway.
I have been imaginging all kinds of things, but sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, as Freud once said.

So it sure isn't getting to Panama.
